The room was fresh and clean - with everything finished to a high standard....the bed was particularly gorgeous! Your front desk staff were extremely professional and welcoming. I was very impressed, and I have already recommended your hotel to numerous colleagues and friends who are always looking for good value, high quality accommodation near the city. we've used the days hotel at different locations and they have always been great. this one was no exception. they give great value for money,. nice, clean, comfortable rooms in newly built hotels.

Nothing!. Location - but for the price it didn't really bother me. The Location and lack parking facilities!!. The breakfast was cold and greasy and the evening meal we didn't find very good. Pity because we liked the hotel. may be not good reputation of the block..It was further away from where we wanted to go than we first thought. They had no record of my booking from you on my arrival. Internet was not working and nobody was able to fix it during our 3-day stay. there were a few minor things like the toilet stuck on flushing so we had to fiddle around with it and the TV got stuck and couldn't be turned off so was on all night projecting a bright light.. teething pains for a very new hotel. The hotel is 45 min far from the center (by bus). The internet access didn't work for 2 days during WTM Exibition. Drinks were expensive. Reception asked you to pay on arrival but did not take a swipe of card for extras, ie wireless, so needed to go back and queue up to run through similar process again. Shoreditch it is not!!!. would have liked an iron in my room. Attitude of Staff on Reception not good!. staff unable to cope with full hotel.overwhelmed bar staff.empty breakfast buffet and slow response to request to refill it.had to clear last occupants used crockery from table and find cutlery from other tables.bed linen not clean stayed two nights bed linen not changed. Breakfast buffet was very limited in choice. staff serving breakfast is not very friendly and unclear in explaining the breakfast options. Lighting in room is not very bright. Room was quite noisy, or it was just the drunken people in the room next to us making much noise that kept us awake during the night.

By Bus:
The numbers 26, 48 and 55 buses pass right by the hotel. You can catch the number 26 bus or the number 48 bus from or to London Liverpool Street station. From there, the number 26 bus carries on to Waterloo station and the number 48 bus continues on to London Bridge. The number 55 bus provides a direct bus link between the hotel and Oxford Circus.

By Tube:
The hotel is around a 10-minute walk from Bethnal Green London Underground station on the Central line. From there, the Central line runs west, right into the heart of Central London, or east, out towards Stratford and beyond.
