This is an illegal building that has no planing permission. The owner has broken all the regulations and has been ordered by the council to empty the building and change it to the original planing permission given. The purpose of the building was to provide office space three floors and student accommodation three top floors, total six floors. It is not supposed to be used as a hostel or serviced apartments. It is a dangerous building with blocked fire exits, overcrowded, no fire certificate .
