Hotel room was excellent, comfortable bed and room was a good size. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good choice of foods. The hotel is a little bit out from the city centre, however you are still getting great value for what you are paying. The service was fantastic and the location perfect for getting into and out of central london as the tube was on the central line and a 5 min walk away.

Sunday morning approx 8.30am we were woken by your Hotel Services/Cleaner and again at 9.00am - the second time he actually came into the room! Surely as check out is 11am - they do not need to disturb guests this early! Apart from this it was a very enjoyable stay.creaky flooring and damaged bed. One or two staff had limited English language skills.It is very noisy because of the wooden floor. It is annoying to be waken up when the guy from the apartment above goes to the toilet every time. Additional charge for parking.The prices to make use of Internet are expensive and you just know that after booking the hotel or when you arrives them. Mushrooms at breakfast were not to my taste!. Lack of a mini-fridge and vending machines for drinks at night. The food in the restaurant could have been better! It was average, we ordered a chicken dish that was supposed to have chicken breast in but had thigh in and a creme brulee which was a runny mess!. The bathroom wasn't comfortable and I wished we could turn up thetemperature. The hotel room key did not work on more than one occasion. Difficult to get back to from Wembley Stadium. No direct rail link. no minibar, pay TV apart from the 5 normal TV channels. noisy floorboards. Our wet room didn't soak away so going back into the bathroom was like going for a paddle! Presume it would be easily remedied! Food choice in hotel good but not alot of choice around.

- Exit the M25 at junction 16 and take the M40 eastbound towards central London.
- Continue onto the A40 along Western Avenue.
- At the Gypsy Corner interchange, turn left onto the A4000, Victoria Road, towards North Acton.
- Take the first right onto Portal Way and then first right again.
- The hotel is situated 200 m along on the right.

From the North:
- Exit the M1 at junction 1.
- At Staples Corner roundabout, join the A406 North Circular road, westbound.
- At the Hanger Lane roundabout, take the second exit onto the A40 towards central London.
- After approximately one mile, turn left at the Gypsy Corner Interchange onto the A4000, Victoria Road, towards North Acton.
- Follow as above.

From the South:
- Take the M25 clockwise, exiting at junction 16, and take the M40 eastbound towards central London.
- Continue onto the A40 along Western Avenue.
- At the Gypsy Corner interchange, turn left onto A4000, Victoria Road, towards North Acton.

- Take the A501 westbound onto the A40.
