Staff was very friendly and helpful, communicate well in English. The location is excellent, very close to St Mark's square and boat stations. Almost equidistant from two Boat stations making it very convenient to take shortest boat trips depending on one's destination.

We found the hotel very easily and the location was brilliant! When we arrived they buzzed us in and our key was waiting with all our instructions for the room, wifi and breaky the next morning, which was delicious. Thanks again, we had a beautiful stay in Venice.
The location is excellent. Just one minute from St Mark's Square. It's a small hotel with only four rooms. The rooms are small but it's well kept. Friendly staff. Breakfast served in the room (no diner available).
A small 4 room boutique accommodation in the middle of Venice just metres away from San Marco Square. The owner Beatrice could not do enough to assist us to have a comfortable stay.
Really, the location is perfect .. It is just two minutes walk from the St. Mark Square.

The location was amazing. So close to everything. Having a key to the
frot door gave a feeling of being one of the locals and the staf were
very helpful and nice. The breakfast was modest but cute, considering
the price although visited in march was a good place to stay in. Will be

While Breakfast which is served in the room is nice, it becomes a bit cramped with the trays and cups and plates etc. really no negatives in particular.

The location on the map sent by the hotel should be directed only from
St Marc's when told to come from Rialto beidge it creates confussion
and longer walk.
Internet and tv signal was really bad. I did´t like that nobody recived us, just a pice of paper with the key and some instructions.
The Wifi didnt work, there is no any one at the reciption if u need help u call 9 from ur room, its only 4 rooms with no lobby, to reach the hotel is to far walking with bags until u reach there, no one helped me with my bags, breakfast was poor and no dining area they bring it to ur room, it was not a hotel its like apartment with 4 bed rooms.
