It offers elegant rooms decorated in an 18th-century Venetian style. The building dates back to 1100. Rooms feature wood-beamed ceilings and luxury fabrics. They have strong colour schemes and carpeted floors. All are air-conditioned and come with free Wi-Fi, an LCD TV and a minibar. An Italian breakfast of coffee and croissants is brought to the guest rooms each morning, also for children sharing the room with their parents. Free coffee and tea are available at any time and the surrounding area is also full of cafés and restaurants for lunch and dinner. La Loggia is easily reached by water-bus 1, 2 or N from Santa Lucia Train Station. The nearest Vaporetto stop is at Rialto Bridge. Venice is a small city (for me anyway) but hard to navigate, so people will get lost (I got delightfully lost several times), but I thought Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns. The location was excellent, kind of tucked away on a side street (which made it "quiet" and away from the hustle and bustle) but literally around the corner from t.
all reviews » The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay. The rooms and bathrooms are small but nicely decorated and are kept spotless clean just as the rest of the hotel. The father and son team who run this place are so nice and helpful that you will be p. After staying at this home away from home I will stop looking for hotels and try to find something similar though it will be quite hard to find. This family run Venetian Home is just out of this world. So well kept and renovated but keeping the few 100's of years of the charm still intact. The decoration is Venetian all the way, very rich and bright reds and gold. Felt like being in a time bygone! If you are in Venice, please do look up this place. It is so much better than a Best Western or a . Location was amazing, just close to everything, and to the main St.Marco square. Although it was difficult to find, but staff were very helpful. An Italian breakfast is a bred roll and a pastry. we liked everything. the location is too confused! We have lost for one and half hour! And asked more than 10 local persons. No one know that hotel or that street name!. The staff is not available in the reception 24/7. I was not impacted much by that but I am trying to imagine what would be the case if I need something urgently. The bathroom is also very small.
