Cosa dice la gente
Venice is a small city (for me anyway) but hard to navigate, so people
will get lost (I got delightfully lost several times), but I thought
Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided
from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto
stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns.
The location was excellent, kind of tucked away on a side street (which made it "quiet" and away from the hustle and bustle) but literally around the corner from t. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay. The rooms and bathrooms are small but nicely decorated and are kept spotless clean just as the rest of the hotel. The father and son team who run this place are so nice and helpful that you will be p.
After staying at this home away from home I will stop looking for hotels and try to find something similar though it will be quite hard to find. This family run Venetian Home is just out of this world. So well kept and renovated but keeping the few 100's of years of the charm still intact. The decoration is Venetian all the way, very rich and bright reds and gold. Felt like being in a time bygone!
If you are in Venice, please do look up this place. It is so much better than a Best Western or a .
Location was amazing, just close to everything, and to the main St.Marco square. Although it was difficult to find, but staff were very helpful.
Clean bathroom and room with air condition which was mandatory in August.
The breakfast was enough, and plenty.
staff was very helpful and friendly.
Excelent location, very helpfull and friendly staff; small rooms but so romantic, very acceptable price for Venice at this time, breakfast served to your room. Hard to find, easy after we did :-). Don't forget to print out the directions from its web site. It was very helpful.
We had a beautiful room with plenty space for Venice. Nice receptionist and good breakfast in the room. Near to almost all attractions and easy to find if you'll follow Owners instructions . Even it was at 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco ,it is situated in a quiet zone .
Spectacular location Top hotel we enjoyed our stay super friendly and helpfull staff> Clean room comfortable and generous environement and feel more luxurious than the price suggests, warm welcome we always stay at this hotel when we visit venice, Highly recommended.
This residence is sooo romantic and renessans style!!!. Location (just between San Marco and rialto bridge, one boat stop from railway station), staff and design was fantastic, also the price was good for all advantages included. Would highly recommend.
We visited Venice with 2 kids. Arrived in the morning but the room was available for us and staff very friendly. Rooms are nice and very stylish, one really feels Venice. The location is perfect minutes from Rialto and San Marco. I can only recommend.
Perfecto location easy access to main tourist routes. A lot of restaurants round the corner.
Beautiful interiors and very comfortable room.
We took a taxi from Airport and have been met at the pier close to the hotel and escorted. Very kind service.
Beautiful Venetian decor. Sets the fun festive mood of Venice. Fabulous breakfast delivered to room daily on our call. Quiet, but immediate access to all the buzz of the city, shopping, and beautiful architecture. Delightful hosts.
location - central and perfect for sight seeing
management and house staff - very friendly and helpful
breakfast - lovely presented
place - very nice decorated in traditional style and
quiet
we had a great stay.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast (brought to room) was very
good and plentiful. When we requested a porter to take our heavy luggage
to the Rialto water bus stop, it was quickly arranged.
The in-room breakfast service was nice, especially the croissant. The
decoration for the room was classic, like red velvet, and the towel in
the shower room was really soft and comfortable.
PERFECT Location, extremely welcoming & helpful family staff, traditional and flavoursome style, if we were to stay in Venice again would most likely stay here again!.
It`s located in a old house where is only 3 mins to St. Marco square, great location! And stylish decoration. Although the room size was not so big but still acceptable.
Excellent location between san marco square and rialto bridge, very good and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, good wifi. I would definitely stay again!.
Great location, staff is very kind and helpful, the room was cleaned and tastefully furnished. Breakfast is served in the room, we had great time!.

the price is good.
the service is good.
The food is good.
And it is near St Marcus.
It is 5 mins away of San Marco. My gf loved the style.
Thin pain of glass in the windows.
Absolutely Nothing.
Breakfast cant get earlier than 8.30.
No elevator but they will help you with suitcases.
Limited facilities (no microwave oven and ironing.
room - our room was small and nearly without daylight
breakfast variety - missing some fruit or toast and an egg.
The room was a little noisy when the windows were open, but when they
were closed it was nice and quiet, and we all slept well.
The location was close to San Marco piaza, but it's still a bit
difficult to find it at first shot.
All good.
A bit dark rooms and no good view (it's all very narrow passages there).
The breakfast was bad...
Difficult to find for the first time.
Very hard to find, easy after we did. Remember to print out the directions - we forgot to...
Only breakfast....we're not able to have it because it was served late ...it should be more earlier...but it's ok....the receptionist had explained the reason...it's just that we left early...but i still recommend the place...
very small room, barely room to set two suitcases.
It can be difficult to find the place, especially at the night time.
Had some problems with the electricity on our last morning which made it impossible to pay with credit card.
An Italian breakfast is a bred roll and a pastry.
we liked everything.
the location is too confused!
We have lost for one and half hour!
And asked more than 10 local persons. No one know that hotel or that street name!.
The staff is not available in the reception 24/7. I was not impacted much by that but I am trying to imagine what would be the case if I need something urgently. The bathroom is also very small.
