Very nice clean room in the center of Venice. We got map and the hotel owner told us, where should we go, recommended some restaurants.... The breakfast was also nice, served in the room: coffee, juice, buns, croissant/muffin, butter, jam, cheese, joghurt. We, two girls, liked the room and service very much and would stay again there. Wifi was also available, signal was not so strong in the room, but who really needs internet on holiday?.
all reviews » Nice, cosy room with air conditioning. We had very friendly staff who told us where good local restaurants and tourist attractions were. The best thing about this hotel was the location, very close (5 minute walk) from St Mark's Square. Considering this, the price per night was also pretty good value. The hotel is located just next to St. Marcus square (1 minute walk), the room was very clean and they served us our breakfast into it! Also the design of this hotel is very tasteful and the bed comfortable. We would certainly stay there again.Value for money. The perfect location near San Marco square. Very friendly staff. Nothing that I liked for this place....I could not even call this a hotel. It is dificult to find because there is no sign of it.3 € city taxes per person per day which were an unpleasant surprise on our last day. The room has always a food smelling due to the restaurant right above it. Small room, the last day of our stayng electricity was broken in the room. There was no dedicated reception, but hotel Noemi was very near so no problem!. Too rigid with check-out time. Too stressy after 10 minutes. Had difficulty finding the hotel. Tucked away in a small alley and there was no sign outside the building. No bath soap? There was a tiny shower stall and the drain was not working properly. I was worried about water overflowing as I stood there with the shower running and water pooled around my feet. another 18 euros city tax broken toilet seat and shower very difficult to find the room make us depressed. Bad room insulation; However we stayed from 24th feb for 2 nights were not served with breakfast on checkout date; No respond for call and e-mails;. Aircon really really loud. Terrible wi fi. Bad CS. Paper thin walls. Toilet flushing lasted for up to 20mins!! Couldn't flush until it finished. Funny smelling washing linen. No English channels. Terrible TV reception. Old lock and key. No bin in room, only in bathroom. Pick up passports 'next door' - if I hasn't read reviews I would t know that next door was Hotel Neomi which the manager also owns/runs. Toilet door locks itself!. Not comfortable, not clean, very old and small, WiFi did not work, breakfast was not the best and served without sreviettes... I would not rcommend this to families.
