Absolutely fantastic!! Unbeatable value for money. The street entrance is a 100m from St Marks Square. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel with character. My second stay here, will keep coming back. I Could not have asked for a more accomodating hotel. We had booked 6 rooms at the hotel for our wedding and were so happy with the staff and quality of its services. A perfect stay.

We could not be able to use it. The water spreaded around the wall instead of the consecrating on the user and does not cover the whole body. Extremely basic and poor value for money. Room was very small and cramped, should not have had a double bed, more a single. Breakfast was poor. Very limited choice and when having breakfast after 9:00 supply was even more limited. The room was extremely tiny and very dusty. No aircon in venice until May so very hot. There was even a plaster stuck to the bathroom wall. The water system broke for the morning. The waitress was miserable. I think it is more of a 2 star hotel.

Its accommodation capacity (15 rooms) accounts for its family management and the special treatment reserved for its clientele.
Moreover, there is a characteristic flowery terrace on the top floor, where one can relax and enjoy breakfast during the hottest months of the year.

Unfortunately, due to the arrangement of the rooms which branch off into the various sections of the ancient building and are only accessible by rising steps, the hotel is not suitable for disabled people.
