Absolutely fantastic! We have enjoyed ourselves a great deal at the hotel. Perfect location, excellent staff, comfort, view, breakfast, etc. - beyond all praise! Besides, It was so nice to relax at sauna and jacuzzi after a long day of sightseeng... Our special thanks to Svetlana at the reception for her kindness and helpfullness. all reviews » My wife and I just spent four wonderful nights (and mornings and afternoons) in Palace Bonvecchiati and have to say that our stay there made it possibly the best holiday either of us have ever had. I was initially a Venice sceptic but the magic of the place, and in particular this modern hotel, made it truly phenomenal. The location is perfect. Overlooking the nice streets, just 5 minutes walk. Every thing. We had a deluxe room. It was Excellent, nice, clean, comfy and romantic and very quiet. Mini bar good. Bathroom clean and big, nice green marble. Bed very clean and comfy (although two single next to each other). internet and TV facility also great. Sauna and spa was very clean and nice to use. Location of hotel was really good. Close to everywhere and relatively easy to find. We don't have any better words to say other than "wonderful". We had a great holiday. Location is perfect. It is very central and close to everything. Rooms were very clean. Staff were very helpful and professional.The location is perfect for exploring Venice. The hotel is very modern and clean. No. A little to picey althought the hotel is excellent. just coffe,sorry.breakfast was exellent. Air Conditioning was not yet available. So rooms became stuffy with windows closed at night due to noise from street level. Although the room (Junior Suite) was fantastic! to have such a big double bed made up with 2 single mattresses was not ideal and made for a couple of uncomfortable nights??. Not the Hotels fault but the 'Bin Boat' moors outside the rear of the Hotel at 7.30a.m. and loads rubbish almost everyday for about 1 hour, making an awful lot of noise, I feel sorry for the poor residents that have to live with this. brealfast wasn't great, some items (cereal, bread etc) were quite stale, and they kept running out of crockery. Not having a dedciated conceriege. That made it really hard to get help. Secondly , they have no dedicated tour programs. Most hotels in Venice had these dedicated programs but this one did not. In general Venice is very expensive, particularly during the Carnival. Nevertheless we greatly enjoyed our trip.i arrived at about 11am and was told that my room was not ready which is fair enough. however it became apparent that the hotel was half empty and that we could have been accomodeted if they had wanted too.
