excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. No lift but this was no big deal. Air conditioning was a boon. If you strike Mirelle,Lorenzo,Alexander and Andy you will expirence the A team. Thanks to all. we feel very comfotrtable. large clean rooms - friendly and halpful staff. The hotel staff were lovely - Italian and helpful and friendly but Ilove early morning tea as I am a very bad sleeper and the night hotelporter (Eastern European) was absolutely dreadful he was boiling waterin the kitchen, I was holding a cup and saucer with a tea bag in my handand he just refused until I had a major row with him to give me just acup ful of boililng water for my tea .
