The hotel location is great and well positioned for the City Tour bus, and the railway station and for many fine restaurants and bars. Central location, modern ambiente, very convinient set up, helpful people, all in all I have not missed anything.Hotel localization, staff attention, room space. all reviews » Location. excellent. good location, friendly staff and great modern and trendy interior design, also the wellness area with sauna and turkish bath is an excellent idea after the day long sighseeing and before night out in berlin's clubs, would definately stay again when in berlin next time. Wer got a room that was smelling so terrible we got allergy. very business like...didnt really accomodate tourists.We wanted to make a booking for Valentines at the TV tower restaurant the reception stuff offered to so on my behalf. However, they were not able to sure a booking for dinner and no one notified me. Therefore, we spent money on a taxi to the tower only to arrive there very disappointed. i didn't like the very small bathrooms, didn't like the hotel lobby seating area, very uncomfortable, service in the bar during night was bads while only one person in the bar, for guests, drinks and cooking + room service. no wonder that service can't be accurate. what I don't like either is 18 euro for breakfast, I think you should offer room rates including breakfast. the bathroom did not work it was too small and the doors kept hitting everything. A lot of niose from the trains compared with a failure in the heating system!!. staff. One of the days our 2 rooms weren't cleaned. However, we got 20€ discount that night. mineralwater has been consumed half bottle before we check-in ; parking is too expensive ; hotel staff is unfriendly ; no harder pillow to select ; not valuable as a 4 star hotel.
