The hotel is a super place to stay.All the staff are so friendly and unassuming.I stayed there with a group of 12 and everything we asked for was done.The spa/swimming pool is a wonderful addition and a great place to unwind. Helpful friendly and efficient reception staff. Also facilities,rooms and good location. I stayed with you in July 2006 and would certainly stay with you again.

Front desk not very open to negotiations for an extra day so I had to book it on the internet for almost 50% of what they wanted.Air condition didn't work, it was critical because the weather was very hot. When asked staff to repair air condition, they brought fan. Lack of shampoo, soaps , bath towels. I did complain with the consierge about it.Standard rooms a little small but adequately furnished and clean. Expensive breakfast but lots of places close by for alternatives. Breakfeast to expensive.The heating , ventillation . Too hot in the room. Our room was quite small but it still represented good value for money for us.Some places in bathroom needs renovation. Requires renovation!!!. No air con in the bedroom. Very expensive in the Bar. Rollaway rip off as mentioned above. They need to improve the quality of the cofee they are serving. Everybody knows that Germany is very famous of the cofee they are serving. In kempinski never enjoyed evnthough a single cup of cofee.. Thnaks. the car pack should be free for guests staying in the hotel.the room was very small/. The room was small, which was okay, but there really was not a lot of space to unpack in.the restaurant is not up to the hotel standard. Room was a bit dark. the room was not five stars, I understand they refurbishing more than 60. room a little tight;pool closed. size of the room. Air conditioning was below inadequate although staff offered and we accepted a fan in our room.
