The hotel had a great location, the staff were very friendly, the roomwe were in was sooo big and spacious with something like 6m highceilings (which I personally loved). The breakfast was from 8 till 11and there was salmon, fresh orange juice, philadelphia cheese,prosciutto and sometimes Brie (apart from the typical things u find atbreakfast). Rooms were newly furnished, fresh and clean. good quality of breakfast, good cofee, nice and comfortable room, suitable location, hospitality of hotel personnel.

The breakfast is good (included ham, smoked salmon, sausage.....) The staffs are helpful even they can't speak english. They try their best to help us by using the map and body language. The sewer system seemed to have some problems. Sometimes water in the washbasin and in the shower cubicle could not discharge quickly. The hotel is close to some train rails, so it could be noisy sometimes.The stairs up to the hotel were very steep, difficult with big suitcases, no elevator. The hotel staff speaks no english at all (although they really try to help).Wash basin was very small, but you can live with it; except for shaving, which becomes a bit of a skill contest. They wouldn't refund my money despite a weak key and faulty lock. To make matters worst they refuses to have a new key cut saying that nothing was open on a Saturday, I found a place in a shopping mall that was open.
