This is one of the best 3* hotels I've ever been to. Staff was VERY friendly. Room was clean and spacious (no. 7). Breakfast was delicious with variety of food to choose from. Localization is perfect - quite with lots of small restaurants at Savigny Platz and just a 2 minute walk to S-bahn station. You can leave your car in the steet (6,5EUR/day) or at APCOA secured parking which is just across the street (12EUR/day).

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and the room [No 4] had plenty of space even with 4 beds.

Excellent location, 10 minute walk to U-Bahn, S-Bahn and Hard Rock Cafe.
Wi-Fi is actually free but appeared to block outgoing emails.
We indicated that we wanted an extra bed for our 2 year old child upon arival and it was not there. But we were quickly moved to the other room which had 3 beds.
Room had no air conditioning and it was nearly 40 deegres Celcius in Berlin.

If you have large suitcases it is a bit of an ordeal due to amount of stairs. There is a lift at the back of the building but it stops between floors.
The hotel room wasn't what we expected it was quite dull and cold but I guess you get what you pay for.

The stairs makes it impossible to access if you have problems to walk.

This hotel does not have smoking rooms! A few (after bickering with the receptionist) have balconies where you can smoke. Should be made clearer in the description. Rooms are adequate but neither of ours bore any resemblance to the photos on letsbookhotel.com. TV was ancient and lack of sockets meant a choice between viewing, bedside light or clock radio.
Jaded hotel with the main selling point being the location.
