Very , very clean rooms. Very quiet , in first night we were thinking that we are only guests in the hotel. In the hotel you fell like at home. Very good location. Breakfast room is small like one rooms size. Breakfast choice is excellent. I advise everybody this hotel. If next time we will be going to Berlin we for sure will be staying in this hotel. Excellent location near the S-Bahn with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also within close proximity of the beautiful Tiergarten. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well-appointed and comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

You have to check out at 10:00 am or pay 10 extra per hour and after a long night its not easy to get up so early. was fairly cold and no telephone in room! noisy in the morning, mainly from within the house. no pretty view. The man who checked us in could not speak / understand English. His female colleague did speak English. On the first morning we arrived for breakfast at 10 to 10. The dining room had been cleared and we were refused breakfast. I mentioned that breakfast should be served until 10am, but the lady still refused to serve breakfast. After some argumentation we insisted on some milk for cereals and...Very small bathroom, no heating,. First: this is not a hotel. It is an appartment with several bedroomswith bathroom. Parking means ticket for parking, if you get any space,which you get in 15 , 30 minutes on streets around. Very noisy. Badexperience.

- Take the S-Bahn S9 towards Spandau until stop Savignyplatz, takes about 40 minutes

By car:
From the north:
- Drive over the Berliner ring road ontot the motorway A111
- Continue towards the centre of Charlottenburg / Wilmersdorf
- Drive onto the A100 and take the exit 12 Kurfürstendamm
- Turen left onto the Kurfürstendamm and left again onto the Bleibtreustrasse
- The second street on the left is the Niebuhrstrasse.
From the south:
- Drive over the Berliner ring road and exit at „Autobahndreieck Drewitz“
- Continue on the motorway 115 (AVUS) until exit 12 Kurfürstendamm. Then as above.
