The safe environment,convenience and ease of accesss to many of Berlin's attractions. Excellent breakfast and a superb "Gala" dinner on New Year's Eve. A quality 4* hotel and we would hope to return to stay there again. Excellent Hotel Friendly and helpful staff, Conveniently situated,5 minutes walk to open top tour bus,Hotel meals excellent, reasonably priced,served cordon blure. also the drinks from the bar were reasonable.

We felt when the breakfast room was at its peak some of the hot foodtook a while to come- a good selection however - we were well pleased. There was a little smell in the toilet from sewage but we didn't pay much attention to that. Absence of bathrobe and slippers in the room. The bedroom displayed on the website and in the hotel brochure is not the same as the room we recieved on arrival. Very misleading.very hard to cool room. Would have liked a kettle in room for tea/coffee. shower dangerous in the bathtub, needs update. I thought the hotel could have had a better selection of english channels on tv or maybe a pay for view movies station. A tea/coffee making facility in the bedrooms would have been an advantage.The restaurant menu was a little limited (but this is only a minor point). the only thing is the pillows far to soft. only one key for a room. lack of tea/coffee making facility in room. no areas for internet access(laptops were alien to me and seemed hard to work)most hotels of 4 star status have a business floor where there is an internet available.

- Drive along the Kurfurstendamm, following the signs for Zentrum, until you reach the Bleibtreustrasse.
- Make an U-turn and you will find the hotel on your right hand side.

By plane:
- From Tegel Airport, take bus 109 (running every 10 minutes, 25 minutes journey time) until the Bleibtreustrasse stop.
- You will find the hotel across the street.
- By taxi: About 15 minutes (EUR 18.00).

- From Schönefeld Airport, take S-Bahn 9 (subway) towards Spandau until Savigny-Platz station (1 hour journey time).
