This hotel is wonderful, breakfast is excellent and great selection, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, great lòcation next to train station and lovely area, nice restaurants across the road, security is good, would recommend this hotel to everyone. location and hospitality is super.Small but comfortable room. The hotel has easy to access from the metro and is in a good part of the city. There are lots of restaurants and shopping near by, including a grocery store just 30 meters away. The entrance to the secured parking was a bit of a tight fit for an American sized minivan, but the parking lot is out of sight and safe. all reviews »
The hotel is in beautiful and green centre of Berlin. They have a good parking place for car and bikes. It's close to good pubs and restaurants, hotel breakfast is fine.The position was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Also really cheap. Very clean hotel in a good place. Excellent breakfast.Great position, so close to the center and to the tour-bus stop. There is a parking garage within the hotel, only a couple of euros for 24 hours. Beds are comfy and breakfast buffet is real yummy. I was surprised by the lack of shampoo and soap inside the shower, there was only hand-soap, so make sure you bring them from home. Other than that everything was great, for adults and children. Good location in near restaurants and rail station. Very secure parking (if booked in advance). Lovely rooms, excellent breakfast, very convenient for transport and lots of local restaurants. good welcome, very friendly, offered cup of coffee on arrival. convenience to railway station. Also the Hotel is located far away from the city center.the staff are quite cold and unfriendly, poor communication skills, there was at one point where tin they gave me a wrong room no, and apparently that room was occupied i found a bag as well it shocked me why they gave me the wrong room, so easy to steal the bag away, scary bec they could have given romm room key instead to other tenants, again the staff were rude and cold, long walk to the statio.
