What will you react when you hear hostel??? I havent stay in Hostel before,my expectation is will be dirty honestly iam not expecting anything...Supringsingly Atello Hotel and Hostel,the Dorm is clean shower and toilet are all clean with kitchen that yo can cook food that you for dinner..and I didnt expect the that kind of facility at all...and the Breakfast??? Was Amazing!! Its very good and well plan thought...if iam going back to Berln again I will stay in same Hotel and will recommend to ev.
all reviews » I really loved the location. Next to the U-bahn with multiple connections. Zoo Garden is steps away. World famous Theater literally next door. Shopping boulevard steps away. Food, banks anything you need literally at your finger tips. I didn't expect it to be this good. Rooms were fantastic. Very clean and modern. Safe provided. Sun blinds are electric. (You will see what I mean by that) Very quiet nights. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Staff were always on top of things. We shared a room in 5 people, and our room was very spacious, the beds very comfortable, clean and crispy sheets, good towers, room and bathroom were cleaned daily, bathroom had heated floor, we stayed in the hotel area but could use the kitchen and washing/drying machine, breakfast was the best we had on our trip with lots of breads, cheeses, hams, fruits, yougurts etc. The location is very cool, next to the Zoo Garten station. Would stay here again!. despite the bad smell from the carpt i assume i like the place it's really nice, staffs very helpful always available, the location great near to the metro station and bus x9 &109 to the airport, sight seen bus just in the other side of the road great breakfast, you can choose to have your food inside or outside in the fresh air they have room for bags, so you can leave you bags and come to collect them later its really value for the money. I liked everything in this hotel. Perfect location, very clean and modern! I was lucky that I came on 28 of May and we were met by a very polite receptionist ( german guy, not tall) unfortunalely I dont know his name. The other receptionists were not very polite, unfortunately. The room was big and the breakfast was great. The position was perfect, near to Zoologischer Banhof where you can find many U-Bahn lines and also S-Bahn and direct buses to Tegel Airport. I couldn't expect anything better!! I will come to Berlin again and I will stay without any doubt in this hotel.. I love Berlin!!. We love everything about it the customer service (Ben and Sebastian) was awesome and very professional they deserve a raise or something because with the service they gave us we will diffentley return for our next visit to Berlin... Breakfast was perfect and just right again we love it and I will also recommend this hotel to our close friends and family...... The Kitchen was a great help and it was very clean and well stock. Maybe just a notice to inform users about recycling. The shower/toilet facilities were kept very well. I liked how the individual travellers were separated from the big school groups. Everyone was very friendly in the hostel. The breakfast was amazing and very filling and quite broad. This hotel has a perfect location in Berlin. It is literally steps away from the Zoo station. Traveling to the museums and all monuments in the East is very easy from the Zoo station. The breakfast is very good--a large selection. The room was clean. I definitely would stay there again. The rooms are very comfortable with flat screen and air condition.I cant explain. The hotel is located 2 minutes away from the Zoo where is the train station and the bus station. From here, you can take a bus that will take you to TXL airport in 20 minutes. I have had booked a bed in a shared room but I was impressed of how clean the room and the bathroom was. My experience at the hotel was great! The staff was friendly and very helpful, the facilities were clean and had a modern feel to them, the food and environment was great, and the location was perfect to move around the city. Right next door there's a closed building where bums and transients hang out. However they keep to themselves. It did give a first bad impression however that changed as the days went on. internet in the room not free i was there during some festival, the place was quiet noisy, but i think it's temporary. Some receptionists could be more polite! In this case this hotel would be absolutely perfect!. Really nothing to say everything was GREAT!!!!!!. The only thing that I didn't like is really quite small. The room was unusually dark. A ceiling light or brighter lighting in the room would make a big difference. There are occasional mobs of backpackers blocking elevator/stairways/entrance, etc. Some of the staff weren't helpful: they made us wait even though they weren't doing anything (until prompted by another staff to help us), didn't know the answers to our questions about the area or traveling to other places (E.G. how long by train to Prague?). A particular girl wasnt smiling , others were smiling and willing to help. She needs to be trained, though she wasnt rude. I need to say that the guy there is too wonderful. Please you need to give him an award. He is always available to assist. I wish they change the towels and floor mat more often (probably every two days). Even when the mat was wet, they took it without replacing it. I don't understand why the breakfast are different, sometimes it was very good (with hot sausage and scrambled egg) but sometimes it's only cold bread. Not a minus, but we found it strange that the checkin was after 15:00 and the checkout untill 11:00. You can move in only after 15:00, so if you arrive early in the morning that´s a little bit uncomfortable. Would like to have free wifi access from room. The room did not have a chair, only a small stool. Breakfast area a bit crowded. My only complaint would be that we were only given hand towels to replace our bath towels (we stayed 2 nights) and I wasn't about to get dressed and try and find someone to provide me with actual bath towels so we made do with what they provided us. Nothing. This hotel is simply amazing. Nothing to report. All good. No complaints. Internet in the room costs 5 euro. Small rooms, if you dont like aircondition and you sleep with open windows - a bit noisy, but with acceptable level. Wifi in rooms is not for free (only lobby). Reception staff very welcoming. Not comfortable beds as the mattresses are of poor quality (in the form of a sponge). Nothing really. There was a creepy Romanian guy in my dorm room, but it wasn't the hostel's fault!. Nothing. The area in front of the train station and hence close to the entrance of the hotel was dirty. Free wifi only available in lobby area. Need to pay for wifi in room. The room they give us is in the side with the view to a parking bulding. The other sides of the hotel have good views. Parking is in a parkhaus next to the hotel. At the evening you can see many dossers in front of the parkhaus, so I was a bit scared of my car, but nothing happened. Breakfast could be a little better. - Wi-Fi only on reception - In the end of August a lot of pupils, and was little loudly, but only per day. - Early check-out. poor selection of drinks at the bar, lots of students, loud American kids.
