The hotel was very small and a great price for the fantastic location, several rooms above a restaurant on the Markt. The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms brand new and the beds very comfortable. Restaurant Central is known for its excellent meals and quick and friendly service. Every 3 months, the chef introduces his new ideas inspired by the season of the year.

The restaurant is open all year from 08:30 to 22:30, except from 7 January to 19 January, 14 March and 14 November.

Our busy months are December, with the annual Christmas Fair in front of the hotel, and the summer months July and August where the sun terrace is popular.

Hotel Central enjoys a unique location in the centre of Bruges on the large market place with a view of the Belfort (belfry). Many nice bars and trendy cafes are nearby.
