It's right in the Centre, down one of the streets that opens up into the Markt. I stayed in the attic and the view was what sold me in the first place. They did not disappoint, the views and amount of light was incredible. Also, the bathroom was very new and crisply clean.

She recently switched her Wifi to a different company and her modem was in her office on the 1st floor. The connection kept dropping in the attic. Also, a piece of fruit (apple, orange or banana) with breakfast would be the perfect topper.
The shower curtain sticking to one's back when showering ;).
booked the top floor suite; was not availble on arrival. that sorted out, need to know - before booking - that steep stair access can be an serious issue.

Steep narrow staircase to apartment.
Completely over-prized. The rooms are simple with no luxury and there is
just a normal tv not the flat screen tv as advertised. The Wifi barely
worked. There is no sign at the front of the Guesthouse identifying it
as such and the papersign at the door bell is so faded it was barely
legible, so it took us a while to find it. The private parking space
that was advertised did not exist so we ended up parking our car at a
far away parking lot and walked 20 min to the hotel.
It would have been nice to have a true double bed rather than two singles latched together.
A small kettle for making tea and coffee would have been handy.
No computer on site although there is internet access if you are bringing your own. Breakfast could have included fresh fruit.
