The owner Veronique welcomed myself & 2 children warmly on arrival and gave us a snippet of her obviously vast knowledge on what to do in Bruges.Her manner was the same throughout our stay there..always friendly and offering ideas.The room we stayed in was immaculately clean and comfortable..the breakfast provided each morning was plentiful and varied..an excellent start to the day...and the location is just a minutes walk from Market Square.if you are going to Bruges dont even consider an.

Of course stairs are healthy. Nonetheless I would stay there again. "The noise!" We had to keep the windows closed because the delivery trucks, and workers on the street started by 6:30/7:00. We are early raisers but that was a little to early and when you close the windows it was too hot and stuffy in the room as there was no air or vents. Nothing not to like about the Alegria - the establishment is just great!. Nothing. Everithing was great! I would definetely stay there again. The Weather - unfortunately it rained. Everything was to our satisfaction. On busy main street.Traffic 24/7. Didn't sleep well. we like everying. Not comfortable bed Noisy Sat night (backed onto the garden of a club).
