My first thought was: I want to come back for my honeymoon! I absolutely loved being in Brugge, and this apartment was an ideal place from which to explore the town. I loved the space and the layout of the apartment. I also really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The location is excellent, with the main square just a short walk away. Do a google search for restaurants - there are lots of nice ones close by that are not touristy like the ones around the square. Or there's a supermarket clo.
all reviews » The appartment was located right in the city center of Bruges, only a few minutes walk to the main square. The appartment was modern with very good facilities, and with a lot of space for 5 people (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, plus a big living room and kitchen). The appartment building is "unmanned", but it is a very convenient and safe system for key delivery (locker with code). Best location, close to the old center, shops, restaurants, all around the corner. Big apartment, comfort for seven people, fully furnished, kitchen, all modern. Three bathrooms, jacccuzzi, everything perfect for family with children. The apartment we rented was spacious, immaculately clean, well-designed, comfortable, and admirably convenient in location. Modern, clean (after an initial mix-up), very well-appointed and convenient. A few steps from the Markt. Absolutely loved it, very central and very well appointed we will definitely book for this chain again. Raymond was fab great sense of humour helped us really well and recommended places to vist. The location was amazing. The quality of the accommodation was a high standard. Lovely big apartment with excellent facilities, and very central location. The flat is very well presented and right in the centre of Bruges. Style and ease of location. The black furnishings (sofa, chairs, large-screen TV), while all perfectly nice in themselves, make the living room a bit austere, particularly as there were almost no pictures on the walls. The pictures that are there were bland, and aesthetically, that was pity in such a beautiful town. It would be so easy to make that room feel really luxurious. The remarkably DIM lighting in the living room would have been great for a romantic weekend, but impractical if one wants to read at night. Very noisy neighbourhood during the night. We stayed two nights mid-week, but still there were a lot of shouting outisde until late in the morning. One of the bedrooms had its window on the other side of the buidling, which was much better. Lack of air conditioning. apartment " Water" is in the rooftop, and in hot summer days you feel like you are in a sauna. at least fans should be available, otherwise you can not sleep... Both nights we stayed at House of Elements there was excessive early-morning (2 to 5 a.m.) noise from the nightclub right across the street from our apartment. The architecture and arrangement of buildings in our neighborhood served to amplify the noise so that we were repeatedly awakened. Noise from an adjacent bar meant we slept in the second bedroom, rather than the larger front room. This was only a problem on the weekend. Nothing I didn't like but on a personal note we are all a little bit short and the mirrors were very high and could have done with a mirror in the bedroom perhaps a full length. nothing other than would have been useful to have instructions written in book for hob and microwave. Due to the heat, we needed to keep the windows open all night and there was noise from the bar opposite. The larger apartment was a little cold There needed to be more mirrors for a large group. A very noisy bar on Kraanplein was open all night, with people outside smoking, shouting, urinating and vomiting loudly. When we left at 7am it was still going strong and the situation when we loaded the car was quite threatening. We didn't get any sleep for three nights. Also no car parking and difficult access with pram through the front door. No staff on site and didn't receive check-in instructions (access code needed). Insufficient lighting in bedrooms for reading in bed. They are very picky for leaving the apartment clean exactly as I recieve it.. They charge me more for staying one hour more.. And not cleaning the dishes.. Plus... The apartment is very noisy at night up to 5 am for the bar in nieberhood drunk guys shouting loud ..
