They are good organized. We arrived at the building, and to enter you have a keycode (you get the code after reservation). Inside the building ther is a withe box with 6 drivers, you type the code they sent you after the reservation, and you get the key out for your apartment. There is a folder with your name, inside that folder there are all the info to reach your apartment, all the info for the parking, all the info for the kitchen as well for the WI-FI connection...and so on. all reviews » When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly male that helped us with parking and getting to our apartment. The apartment (we booked the Mistral) had a binder with our name on it (nice touch) that listed all codes, rules, parking instructions, etc. When we arrived in the apartment it was spotless! I am really picky about the cleanliness of hotels and I could not find anything wrong with this one! Décor was current, the living room was cozy, furniture leather so easy to clean, my children bedro. We had a very pleasant stay at the House of Seasons which is positioned right in the centre of Brugge. The apartment was super clean and the interior was modern and tasteful (Mistral). It was wonderful to have a fully equipped kitchen as my kid is quite picky with the food and we were able to prepare small snacks for her during the day. Also it helped that the apartment was so central because my six year's old needed occasional rests during the day (the weather was quite cold) and so we were. Very nice setup - clear instructions for arrival - lockbox system for accessing keys was great. Raymond was very helpful and kind. Location was excellent - couldn't be beat - just around the corner from the Markt. Great restaurant Dell Arte, around the corner as well. Small market close by. Rooms were clean and extremely spacious - very well appointed, had a fun, design-feel, very luxurious. Appliances were exceptional. There was a bit of "Brugge" smell in the evenings - but that is Brug. First is the house is very nice, big enough and clean. We live in the Mistral for 4 people. Everything is self-service with very detailed instructions if you want refer. Just like at home no anyone disturb you, you can live as you want. The location is very very good, just at the center of city even Brugges is not big, may also the geometry center. The kitchen is very well equipped, you can find almost everything except it is an open kitchen, not very suitable for Chinese food, but we like it f. Excellent location, 5 minutes walking to everything. Great restaurants nearby and shopping. Large, spacious, clean apartment. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to check-in, find key and apartment, everything well organized. The website said there was no tv, only a dvd player, but there was tv (French, English and Dutch channels). There are also DVD's in lobby to borrow. How friendly the staff was all the time ! The concept is wonderfull : a theme for each place, we stayed at the "Art Deco loft" which is PERFECT if you want to celebrate some days with grown opp children in a wonderfull town ! Dining table for 14 persons gives possibility to cook a large diner for engagement, 50 years or what ever!. Space of living room, decoration and location. We stayed in The Indian Summer room and unlike other reviewers had no noise problems at all. The property sits on a quiet cobbled square opposite the Chocolate Museum. The staff were very helpful, storing our chocolates in their fridge until we left in late afternoon. The Appartment was located directly in the centre of the old town, just a few minutes walk from all the main attractions. The furnishings and fittings were of an extremly high standard, just what you would expect from a Luxury appartment. One word sums up our opinion of the House of Bruges - excellent !!. The room called Monsoon has bathroom attached to master bedroom, which is fine with a family, but not if 2 separate couples. In the apartment we stayed in the Wifi connection was inconsistent. However, we were told that the other apartments had better connections. One bedroom was of much higher quality than the other which might cause problems with some travellers though beds were comfortable enough. The upstairs bedroom (double bed) was charming, light with an excellent ensuite. The downstairs bedroom darker, had a double and 2 single beds, with a smaller bathroom upstairs off the living area. We were troubled by mosquitoes at night, and got massive itchy bumps from their bites. The DVD player was almost broken. Nothing not to like really. Very few channels on the TV but I'm having to be picky as the apartment was superb. nothing. it's a bit noisy at night from the nearby bars/restaurants. We visited during the heat wave so it was necessary to have windows open, sadly the courtyard was very loud all through the night. The church bells nearby were incessant starting at 9 am and going almost non stop until late in the evening, lovely sound initially however quickly became annoying when trying to sleep in on holiday or watch a movie at night with windows open. There wasn't anything that we did not like. Everything was wonderful... Not one complaint! When I come back with my family, I will try to stay at this exact location. We would have liked the option to have more light when cooking, getting ready etc. It was fine when relaxing. Small thing if you require internet access, the wifi coverage was poor in our apartment. Not soundproof, so very noisy during the night with other renters,as well as rowdy street noise, so not much sleep in the comfortable beds. The kitchen needs more equipment - shortage of glasses and dishes. A few dishwasher tablets to start us off would've been nice. Heating was hard to control and no instructions for electrical appliances. For some reason the information for the PIN entry system that we receive was incorrect. I have checked since returning and have didn't receive the correct ones. It was irritating but was soon rectified. It was a shame there wasn't a bathroom in the downstairs bedroom. nothing. The bathroom is only accessible through one of the bedrooms; the guests in the other bedroom have to go through the neigbouring room to take a bath or shower. There is a separate toilet though. couldn't fault but were a bit cold at times. One of bedrooms was up in a loft, didn't like the stair case no handrail on staircase. Lack of mirrors in the bedroom, so had to dry hair in the lounge etcetera. I liked everything about it. We only had one bathroom between 5 girls so an additional shower would have been helpful!. one of the bedooms can only be accessed via the bathroom which meant some negotiating regarding bathroom usage. The shower room which was shared with another couple needed to be accessed by going through a bedroom - this could have been better thought out. Entry codes are emailed in advance. If they don't arrive before you do you're in for some trouble. Better have a cell phone as there aren't any pay phones in Brugge. Kitchen could be a little bit better equipped. Nothing. Nothing to miss. Could do with a bit more seating in the lounge area for the number of people staying. The steep stairs in the apartment. Reserved parking was much greater than the local parking which was available. No towel racks in enquired. Clothes airier was provided only on request. Very noisy on the square. Shutters on windows did not all work. Internet only worked in certain spots. More hanging space required and suitcase stands requires. Nothing. Sightly noisy at night due to nearby traffic but not too bad. We would have liked hooks and towel racks in the bathroom, second bedroom and toilet room. Nothing. Shame the fire was in a bedroom and not in the sitting room.
