Good combination of units to select from. We had 3 x 2 bedroom units for a large family for a wedding. Plus a 1 bedroom for the bridal couple on their first night. Responsive staff that attended to our requests, Nick the manager was very helpful. Off street parking and very comfortable beds. Great to have laundry facilities as well. The location was also excellent, walking distance to a railway station, supermarket, restaurants etc. The pool came in handy on the hot Sydney weekend to keep t.
all reviews » We had a late arrival, and even though the gates were shut (good for security) we were allowed in with no fuss. The parking was plentiful and not far from our rooms. The rooms were spacious and we didn't expect a 2nd bathroom with the main bedroom. This was welcome as we were 3 women travelling on a business trip. A request for a modem for internet access was provided and installed with no fuss. The close proximity to the M4 freeway was perfect. And the cost was very reasonable. Your staff were professional, attentive, very pleasant - in fact we could not fault them. Facilities were clean and comfortable and even though it was close to a busy road, we did not hear the traffic noise at all. Location to public transport and walking distance to eating and shops was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything that we needed was supplied in the unit, so we were very comfortable. Staff on arrival were great, very helpful. Room was exactly as it was described. Parking included in room rate and was under cover. Freindly staff who were flexible allowing us to park early. Secure parking. Clean rooms and grounds. Friendly front desk staff, housekeeping non invasive polite and smiling. All very accommodating. Very helpful and attentive staff. Spotlessly clean inside and very well groomed outdoor areas. Spacious apt. Room layout. the reception staff was very friendly and everything was close by. Very clean and neat. Nothing. Couldn't accommodate all our family close by, but we understood. Kitchen cutlery, plates etc were a bit in short supply but still just enough. Nothing. I am not familiar with front loading washing machines - so had a bit of a battle with it. The bed was really hard, and no extra blanket in the cupboard. We had no issues at all. Would stay again without question. Slight road noise - Double glazing on the road-facing windows and doors would be helpful. Nothing. We were a family with a teenage boy and girl and they gave us a room for them that was a double bed instead of two singles so boy had to sleep on the couch. nothing to note. How expensive the breakfast packs and water were for what you got. In the pack was a pack of cereal, a biscuit, and a pretend juice. the smell outside was digusting dont know whether it was the bins or something else nearby but at least when we were in the apartment u couldnt smell it. One of the staff said they would bring us more dinner plates but it never happened. Even when we asked again, it never happened. the room they gave me first ! but the reception guy changed it for me ! no fuss at all very cool. Keypads on entry and exit needed to be more reachable. Access into the property is difficult to recognize at night. shower floor over flow. Did report to front office as a ex Motel Manager cleaners could pay more attention to vacuming stairs fluff and lint build up on stairs other than that for a older place very good. Room door opened out. Pool too small. Bit cheap looking rooms and stained carpets. INTERNET is expensive and slowly.. Air Conditioning did not reach bedroom very well. No free wifi. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 storey apartment and found the top level where the bedrooms were located very hot and stuffy. Air condictioner located down stairs in lounge room area not of any benefit. We tried to heat a frozen pizza in the oven and had to open all doors etc as smoke coming from the oven which I discovered was due to something spilt on the bottom of the oven. It then left an awful smell for the rest of our stay. 1. Information did not state that there was a narrow flights of stairs in each unit with some units having the bedroom and bathroom on different levels. 2. Extremely noisy from traffic on 6 lane highway outside windows. At times it felt that trucks were coming through the walls. A bit old and run down,. One room was not ready at checkin, we didn't get access to the room until 3pm. Men smoking in their room near room 34, could smell it in our room and one person with us has asthma. No airconditioner in bed rooms which are up stairs.. Units are starting to look weathered. I have stayed in them when they were new and they need a change. Requested separate beds and bath. This was ignored until we complained. The female receptionist upon arrival was totally inflexible in regards to early arrival or make available somewhere for us to change for the function we were going to. Book in time of 2 pm is unrealistic when considering location to Racecourse of which guests would attend.Bedside clock was set an hour later than actual time,identified as a strategy for early departures. Bed linen was stained. Additional cost for Visa card and car parking. They charge unknown water $4 each. The lady receptionist wasn't kind to us. Reception is not available after 8 pm. Expensive for the facility. Pool not operating, having to pay for a car park, particular when there was no available parking in the street, no option but to pay , should be included in the price. also the room, smelt of cigarettes, even though it is not permitted. the place was not very clean and there was a bit of mould in the bathrooms.we also left the hotel with red bite marks from scratching throughout the night. Extremely noisy, no sleep at all. Right next to highway. Every thing. room was next to major highway .Noise from traffic was very bad .Rooms need double glazing .
