Love that I never waited more than 5mins for something to be delivered to my room. The reception staff were amazing and very very helpful. Love how the location is central to everything I needed ie, shopping mall, trains and food! Liked the price for parking a car at the hotel. That the place felt like a home not just a hotel. The movies on the tv were great to have and had a good selection to choose from.

They were able to give directions around the local area easily, always had a smile, check in and check out was quick, and there was no problems with our request to stay an extra night. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed for a nice weekend away. We really enjoyed the front of house staff they were always very friendly we had one young lady who went above and beyond to make us comfortable unfortunately we didnt get her name but we really would like to get her name so as we could send her a thank you. Two minutes walk to Westfield and train station. Plenty of underground parking, buffet breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced (ask for a voucher from reception). Rooms were modern and very comfortable. Really enjoyable stay, thanks Mantra!. staff member skye very friendly and most helpful.spa bath is great.room was a good size open feeling.close to everything shops transport etc.very polite staff.room service food was good. The rooms were nice the big double bed was certainly a plus,so comfortable and no worries about leaving vehicle because of secured parking well done we will definitely stay there again. Great staff on reception, size of 1bdrm apartment, location to train station and Westfield shops, Church Street precinct close by, taxi rank outside, fitness facilities. This is our 2nd time staying there, we like it because of the location to homebush right on the train line, the price was similar to last year and very good service. Convenience to the railway station as we had to go to the Opera House that night. Friendly and helpful staff. A plus, was a hot barth after the show. We didn't like that the rooms were not thoroughly clean everyday yes Thursday the room we came back to was spotless but when we came back Friday we were quite disappointed, disapointed. Parking isn't free:(. cleanliness was a little sub par.maybe time for a repaint refurd. Some of the furniture was a little worse for wear - sofa lounge with chunks out, mismatched dining furniture. We loved this place cheap packages for return visits would be a great idea!!. Smoke detector left open, disconnected, not enough tea bag supplies,. It isn't clear in reception in which wing rooms are located. Not enough tea, coffee or milk available in the room. Nothing on the in-room menu appears to be "gluten free". Not being told that there was a cover charge on parking. It was not overly expensive but not being told on arrival was not acceptable. Also the staff on the late night was not very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was not great all the food was cold the three days I had it, can with the room. The Internet is not good either and you have to pay for it m. N/a. if u have heavy luggage , walking uphill to train station is challenging. We were put in a disable room which was nice but when you had a shower the water went all over the floor and I was worried about drying my hair in the bathroom. No grizzles but modernisation of apartment probably overdue. The shower did not function and the bath was uncomfortable and difficult to get out of. The construction work going on outside my window all night was awful. I wasn't advised of this prior to staying. The hotel charged my credit card for the room the night before we checked in. Was advised wheni booked my credit card would only be used to secure the room. Wanted to pay cash upon check out. thought tariff was a bit high ,my daughter stayed in another hotel the same weekend .she paid the same amount as i did and she received buffet breakfast also a $25 fuel card. I think the apartment was a little over priced ,andi booked thru letsbookhotel.com they said no booking fee but on my arrival to mantra they said they need me to pay a fee as I never paid when I booked .otherwise my stay was good . extra cost for parking, credit card charge. no parking available, didn't think to book ahead. No room service on the first night we stayed. Our beds were two single beds together, which keep moving apart which wasn't very comfortable. Still haven't be reimburse my $50.. Will give it one more day which will make it for days, as we did not touch any items from the list... Poor parking facilities. Communication skills of the night staff when i checked in. I didn't like the price but no one ever likes the price. No balcony, not enough car parking, we could take the car at night or we would lose our space. There was a toothpick with blood on it on the floor next to the bed. There was also black hair around the bath tub. Our order for 2 single beds was not done. Understand if maybe 2 singles werent availavle however the king was simply 2 singles zipped together and we seperated them ourselves. Did not like that we were not told about bond. Your site says credit card required so we assumed this was imprint only. It should state at the time of booking if a bond will be held. Did not like the parking facilities around the back as we had to pay each time we wanted the car out not just "per day". staff didn't have a clue about acitvities no brochures etc. bed was average. nearby buildings light up bedroom no curtains!. Room service arrived cold. Air conditioner was very noisy all night and was the same on the lsecond night. Bathroom sink had the plug jammed in and we could not get out. not enough tea and milk! but there never is!. Small bedroom and price of mini bar items. limited parking facilities. Nothing.
