Staff were very helpful especially when we needed to extend our stay. The standard room was very comfortable indeed. Great service good location, nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Loved the buffet breakfast with the smiling 'Theresa'. Would stay again on our next visit. Free secure parking, 24h check in, very accommodating friendly staff, great view, convenient location, option to not change sheets & towels daily to save water was fantastic! Comfortable room, no hassles.

Internet should be free. The only thing I could say is that on one of the days, one of the lifts was out of order and barriered off, which made the lobby look a little unprofessional. The shower really needed updating. Room was very dated...cracks in sink...breakfast was too expensive and not good value for money...didnt encourage us to stay and eat there ..we were a big group and would have been great to dine there but too expensive. No problems at all. Nothing!. Not enough normal tea and coffee sachets and the coffee was not nice at all, also we had to ring to get milk on arrival to make cofffee. No information in room about the breakfast procedure or the restaurant. Original room had very small and badly designed bathroom. N/A. Price went up for the night because a concert was on. Only 1 towel each, should not have to ask for more. Where were the bikkies to have with a cuppa?. Some of the furniture was stained & looked old, bed creaked & was limp on one side. Breakfast - Precooked food left under heating lights meant the top parts were dried up and hard and food underneath was cold - toaster that either took forever to toast or turned up burnt the bread. Internet - wasnt user friendly and the printer didn't work properly. tHere was not much of a bar. Went to the restarant asked for a dessert menu received it waited 20 mins for waiter to take order but still did not come over ended up leaving. Also waited extreamly lon time for main meal. Distance from train stations and the main activity hub. Expensive internet. but the train service not good. Food was okay, the hotel needs a refurbishment. lifts were completely inadequate! made it impossible to get to different levels of the hotel especially as they were renovating the lobby and stairs were inaccessible ... dangerous! payment system, thought i had paid the full amount on booking months earlier only to find out after staying i had more too pay and wasn't informed of the $100 held against my credit card on check in causing much confusion. lack of bar lounge facilities throughout the day. Price of Breakfast was a little steep in comparrison to some 5 star hotels. food and beer far to expensive. Bed not that comfortable. Noise from corridor easily heard in room. wake up call at 3:30 am instead of 6:30 am. unacceptable gym room (not ready to go inside a tiny hotel room with men I don't know !). meals were terrible. Bad lighting with some not working , very stuffy. The room had a very stale odour which was extremely unpleasant to occupy as the windows could not be opened,and the bathroom had mould in the grout in the shower. When I rang prior to making my booking and asked how long it would take to walk into Parramatta central I was told 10 minutes, when actually it is a 25 minute walk. Traffic is noisy, and we are on the fifth floor... Air conditioner is noisy... Sleepless night for me... No free internet. Even the complimentary internet which was supposed to be 20 minutes stop after 5 minutes.
