The apartments were nice & clean. Bedrooms were a good size and cupboard space was great. Kitchen appliances were also clean & great. Close to Parramatta & buses. Off street parking is great, but a little difficult to access at times. well set up kitchen and all utensils were available,stove, fridge Lounge was well set up with TV and dining table. Very large super queen size bed. Maids came to clean up room every 2nd or third day.

New kitchen and bathroom, very clean, great price, great location, paid tv, flat screen tv, friendly cleaner. Completely satisfied with most. Service staff was efficient and courteous. Good basic facility. I liked the size and the Kitchen was a good size and it was close to where I wanted to go. - Spotless bathroom - Plenty of clean towels. Space, location, access. Was hard to access the taps behind screen for the bath. Not enough lounge space. Cuttlery needs replacing and we needed more of it. TV had very limited channels, all free to air digital TV would be appreciated. Nothing in particular. I was of the opinion that I would meet someone in person to guide us on arrival. Anyhow my daughter knew how to collect key using PIN number. Nothing. Beds were a little hard, traffic noise from front apartments only, Carpet needs replacing, smell of smoke in room. Attitude of male at head office, when trying to find out our room no. on arrival at Church st., appartment. Car parking also a problem. Two vans were parked, making it difficult to park. carpark wasn't very clearly marked. Somebody had parked over the line, blocking access to carspot beside it, so somebody would have to park elsewhere in the mean time. None. That I think they should have a tin opener as my brother cut himself by opening a tin with a knife and had to go into surgery stayed in hospital for 2 days. noise of neighbours. Road noise. Shower and controls. Arrived at the apparments no way to enter the building no instructions given prior to arrival very stressful at the time got information when other guest arrived gave us the phone no to ring the caretaker. Not very spacious. Never saw any of the staff. Everything done via phone. No service re clean towels etc despite being called "serviced apartments". Misleading description. Call "unserviced apartments". There was barely anything in the kitchen I went to make a salad and had to put it in a strainer as there were no bowls,also no tongs and many other missing items you would expect in a apartment and it wasn't just my apartment I hade family using 3 other apartments and they had the same issues , also the air conditioner only worked sometimes in all apartments and in apartment 5 it stunk really badly of smoke. - Abysmal parking, we had to park 2 streets away! - Booked double bed plus 2 singles, got double plus fold out double lounge - Decor clean but sparse. Sofa bed needs a new mattress - could only feel the springs sticking into you. Noisiest place I have ever stayed with groups of younger guest on the lower floor that went on nights after nights till 3am. There were no batteries in the air conditioner controller on Friday when we checked in. Reported the problem and not fixed till Monday. A struggle to get the luggage up to the 4th floor without lift.
