We particularly liked the way the staff always went the extra mile, which resulted in us feeling special. It felt like genuine caring, rather than "hotel policy". The breakfast menu was amazing, and the best we have ever struck anywhere, and the manager went out of his way to make sure that we were well looked after. In fact, the entire dining experience was a good one, and we were especially catered for on the Sunday night in Bar 30 with a group of 12 friends. The room was clean, well appoi.

Ask the chef to make you an eggs benedict plate... Delishhhhhh :) -bed was super comfortable. We were up-graded to a deluxe suite, received a petrol voucher and were given free parking, as well as a complimentary paper. We also found the accommodation modern, clean and comfortable. The position of the hotel was close to restaurants of all kinds. One of the best value for money hotels of its kind. loved our king room spacious...very comfy bed. food aewsome staff very polite helpful its our third stay at parramatta.. setvice is excellant... see you nexttime definatly recomend to freinds... loved the free parking papers petrol breakfast and smiles. The staff try very hard to help ,the room was set out and cleaned professionally and the best was the breakfast we have traveled a lot over seas as we get a little older and the choice and presentation was second to none. Loved our room the king room is definately a great size for a couple. Had a wonderful time and my partner also loves the park royal. we definately love staying there and look to book again when he visits sydney soon. This was the first time my husband and I have stayed in a beautiful hotel and we found it to be such a relaxing and wonderful experience. We will reccomend this website and hotel to all our friends and family. What's not to like. Staff, amenities, location all great. The breakfast was just THE BEST!!!!! An added plus...we were on 12th floor & able to open the windows which meant we didn't need air con at night. I like they have a later checkout than most motels being 11am, most I stay in tend to be 10am. The staff were friendly upon checkin. I was up for the NRL, nice and close to the grounds as well as restaurants. The staff were great, particularly on Reception. Would like to thank Jeremy on Reception for all his help. If I am ever in Parramatta again, I would definitely stay at the Park Royal. The great location of the hotel close proximity to the city and olympic park and all the great eateries along church st,along with the quality nature of the hotel and faciluties. Our room overlooked a lane way, and there was a fair bit of noise during the night from garbage trucks emptying what was apparently glass bottles for recycling, however that has to take place somewhere, and at some point in the night, rather than during the day when the traffic is heavy, and so we chose not to fret over it, as everything else about the hotel was ten out of ten for us. -Hotel walls and windows don't block out noise from outside at night. -Had shampoo and conditioner but no toothpaste/brush -two person room but only had one pair of slipper and robe. -Pillows were too soft they don't support your neck. Nothing! Everything was excellent. only thing i was disappointed was the charge to park in hotel car park on the Gold Coast all Versace,Sheraton,Marriott, Conrad no charge to park your car. Not much to not like about it however I met another guest who paid for the same room and it only cost them 160 odd per night, where as my room was 200 odd so not sure how that occurred. definately a big of a disappointment on the trip when you hear things like that!. There wasn't anything I didn't like. There was really nothing to dislike about it. The only thing is anything was that the Restaurant was not open on the Sunday Evening but there are plenty of eating places nearby. Bathroom was a bit small but that didn't really matter as the room was so nice. Cant think of anything. . There was no foxtel . rooms weren't huge,and need a bigger tv !!!!!! nothing else just trying to find something ….!. the waiting at reveption, no shower door. No bath tub Feather pillows. Tv remote was slow. Didn't like paying for parking as a guest of the hotel, should be included Didn't like the fact that I had to ring 2 days later to have the holding deposit removed from my credit card. I was told they would fax through to our bank and ring me when that was done. Hasn't happened!. The fridge leaked. nothing. That we had to leave. There was nothing I didn't like at this motel. Absolutely none. Bathroom is too tide. Nothing. If anybody had complaints about this facility, they should go back to the palace they live in. Nothing. Outdoor pool a bit too cold for a swim. bathroom is way too small advertising a cheaper price than what we paid for once we arrived however they did compensate. Room size was quite small and fairly expensive but that was mostly due to the time of the year. no bath. N/A. That ther is no spa an I sooo needed one.disappointed because I thought ther was one ther. The breakfast offering was very poor for $26. Bread was ordinary (even though promised as farmhouse country style). Fruit salad was not fresh.
