The staff were fantastic, from check in to waitstaff at the restaurant. There was a slight problem with our booking and the staff were so obliging and helpful. The restaurant staff were really appropriate with our younger children.Really close to great food and shopping and park for kids. Would happily stay there again. The king size bed was very comfortable and the two pillow choice, firm or soft is also brilliant. Slept well. No road noise. Food in restaurant was excellent and the staff service was second to none. Had breakfast on last morning of our stay - lots to choose from and very yummy. Good location to shops, transport and M4.

It is a 5 minute walk to the station which connects easily to the rest of Sydney . Down town is about 20 minutes away and costs $aus 5 . Much cheaper and quicker than a cab. It was hard to find motel. We don't own a GPS and the map wasn't detailed enough. Also the door and lift cards not that good. Had several rides up and down in the lift as card was not working correctly. For us all very satisfactory. Unfortunately there wasxa pub pub across the street and being a Saturday night they had a band playing so noisy :(. nothing really. no view from windows but I wasn't there for the view!. Bathroom was a little low-quality, but definitely nothing big!. One staff member let it down in the dining area with a lack of interest, so we didn't eat in. Menu was better suited to a business or conference, rather than a budget private stay, but good restaurants within walking distance. $150 bond on arrival, by credit card. Did receive cash back on check out which was great. everything was fine. The spa wasn't working properly (the main reason we stayed). As we chose this place for the pool and spa, and it wasn't working properly, the price was expensive. Not enough milk in the fridge for tea and coffee. No real complaints. Not enough variety for in room dining. After paying for two rooms back in March straight away I then had to leave $150 credit card payment once we arrived in December was then told it would be credited back on my card in 3 to 5 days wasn't told this on any of the bookings not happy as if was short then if this amount whilst shopping. No issues. no really liked our short stay. Nil. no kettle on floor 2. nothing. The room I booked and had confirmed was not available on arrival. Another room was found but close to the lift. Very noisy area with the full sound coming into the room, including staff at 4:30am talking. Nothing to fault. parramatta area. Everything was good. Having to pay extra for car parking. Felt was expensive for location. Had to pay for parking. Area between parking & foyer was shabby. Also a big patch of vomit. Not a good first impression for a first stay. nothing. Given wrong room numbers then when we finally got room it wasnt what we booked. Then they decided to take a cash security deposit instead of CC so this left me with no money til morning, i had to ring family to help me out, very embarrassing, and their reason was because they can choose that option if they want. They couldnt show me this in writing though. No microwave in room which for a deluxe room isnt good enough, no cutlery, toaster or anything. The price of breakfast, could be cheaper. Low shower pressure. Price on food to the room was a bit to expensive. Elevator doors, they sound and look like they're going to stick and not open. Need a kitchenette. I was charged $15.90 for breakfast and it was meant to be included in room price ?. Breakfast is expensive. 22.95 for continental 26.95 for full. Try and get it included. Wifi too is pricey and managed by an outside company requiring credit card payment.
