Liked the modern ambience and decor. Loved the friendly staff, especially Jordan and Robert. Even the maintenance workers seemed to have a good relationship with front desk people. They truly seemed like a Team. While my teenagers were at Universal, I needed to work on laptop on Sunday after checkout, Robert helped me get set up and I had a productive day. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff was top notch and super helpful our entire stay. Loved the nice pool and the great breakfast. Overall A wonderful place to stay.
