The staff was friendly and helpful. We like having a free shuttle to universal studios. The room was great! Lots of amenities like free bottled water, internet, free choc chip cookies on check in, clean room, customary shampoo/conditioner but we also liked the free sewing repair Kit! We tthoroughly enjoyed our stay here and plan to stay here again the Next time we come to universal. The goal to surpass our expectations! It was reflected in the warm cookies at checkin, quick check-in, free and fast wifi, hassle free billing correction, free shuttle to universal studios. Also the location was really walking distance... 10 minutes.. to Universal Studios.
all reviews » I was there for the night after my wedding and the staff decorated my room with out me even asking, and it was very pretty. The staff was very nice and I loved the fact that there's a Starbucks in the property. We got the highest floor and the view was awesome. Great room on 18th floor with a nice view. Large room. Clean. Good service. The feeling of a 4" instead of a 3". 15 minutes walking to Universal and y can see squirrels playing on y way. Ps! Dont step on the cute small lizards that are everywhere. Big and comfortable rooms, good breakfast options in the hotel (although they are paid), kind and helpfull staff and, most of all, it is right beside Universal. We walked to Universal, it is only 3/4 mile far from the hotel. Great hotel run by extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for proximity to shopping and Universal Studios, just a 10 minute walk away. The warm cookie upon arrival was an extra nice touch after a long flight. The hotel is in a very good location right next to universal. We had a room at 11th floor with a great view. We had two double beds which were wide and comfortable. The size of the room was great too. The location is excellent, in 5 minute walking distance to Universal. The room is spacious. There is multi layer shelter in the bath room, which is convenient for putting clothes. Good location & good facilities as shuttle bus to everywhere, very practical for people who likes theme park, except a little far away from downtown of Orlando. From the Valet, Servers, Bartenders, Registration to the Housekeeping, everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. Will recommend to everyone. The confirmation email I received from letsbookhotel.com said that the total room price was $608.40. But $684.48 was charged from my credit card. The Hotel had everything! Valet Parking, Bell service, Starbucks, Deli, Restaurant, Bar, Pool, Spa... and the Staff were exceptional!. Check-in staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and courteous; the cookies from the front desk were delicious!! Thanks!. The location is good, only few minute drive from Galleria Mall. Paid parking, paid breakfast and the bell man took too long to get me the packages I had received from Amazon. For the first 3 nights in a row we had to kill cockroaches in the bathroom at 3am. Air conditioner is noisy. The room is poor in sound proof. I can hear loud noise from hallway and parking lot. Reception is quick, but less friendly, and breakfirst is expansive as extra cost.. for the room, very clean, but for the side who has the view for Universal Studio, don't worth as nothing to look, and pay more for nothing... Décor was a bit dated. Beds were uncomfortable, thin walls, poor water pressure in shower and no hot water at times. I had never experienced charging for parking. How should I get to your hotel? Walking? Taxi? Bus? I dont think its fair for me as a driver to be charged to park at your hotel. Booked a king suite. Got a double queen instead. Would be nice if the pool area was open later. There was some sort of smell in the room even after maid service. Perhaps the cleaning cloths or mops needed to be changed, there was a musty smell upon entering the room, I had to provide my own air fresh. Uninspiring reception area, staff were adequate but not great service. I did not like that I was charged for parking so I will not return to stay...was not informed that there was a charge for parking either so I will ask next time I look for a hotel. The walls were to thin. We could hear people in the other room. N/a. That we could not stay longer. had to pay parking. I have nothing. altough we had made a reservation for 2 rooms only one was available. The situation was corrected after a call to you. The rug in the room was dirty and sticky. Furniture is old and dirty, need better house-keeping. I don't recommend the south tower, it seems to be the worst. In the evening, the only place available for a dinner was either a bar/lounge or a counter deli. Lack of shuttle service to other area locations which means we cannot stay there again when we return to Disney next year. The woman offering tours to the new Hilton resort was very rude. pretty weird interior. u are totally informed what is happening outside. The arcade was being used as a gym, the one-man valet couldn't keep up, the pool was not heated, room was not very clean and they tried to give us a king bed for 4 people when I specifically reserved 2 Queens. Facilities, like toilet was running by itself repeatedly throughout the night, and the water while showering kept stopping. Very run down. The pictures are not representative of the actual facilities. Disappointed.
