I couldnt fault the place. Hotel was clean and spaciuos, the room we stayed in was lovely, excellent facilities,all staff were extremely polite and helpful, and breakfast was deliciuos. Tea and coffee available all day long, and they also had deliciuos cookies to go with it. I would definitely come back here again:). Wonderfully comfortable bed and a lovely spacious room with everything you could need. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was great- lots of choice. Very friendly staff too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff overall very friendly -special mention to breakfast room staff. Friendly, professional staff, clean rooms & facilities, proximity to Universal Studios, timely shuttle service, easy check-in/out, hot breakfast, reasonable prices. The front desk clerk was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not use any of the amenities due to time constraints. Thank you :). i loved the location, very close to universal and the free shuttle in the morning was fantastic. Free breakfast was yum!. Everything. It took a while to find the hotel initially as we were driving late at night but once we had found it, it was perfect for travelling to universal and Orlando attractions. Bit dated decor but value for money. Will be recommending and will stay here again. Everything was fine. nothing. There is not enough seating for the breakfast area. We had to fight to get our food because there was no specific way to go to get your food. Needs to be set up so every one goes in the same direction, instead of coming in all different directions. Could not get some of the thing I wanted to get because of people cutting in front of me or reaching around me and getting what I was waiting to get. The eggs were to well done. Very congested in the breakfast room in the morning but don't know how to fix it. no washer and dryer. I was initially given the key to a room occupied by someone else. We walked in to a room of other people's possessions. facilities starting to get run down. No wire on phone had to call facilities. Faucet needed new washers, leaks all over sink. Seems attentio to maintenance or housecleaning is not checking. Also shuttle service not good on times or service. Found a roach in the room. They did give us another room. Hotel was under renovation and breakfast was packed with folks that were camping out in the area.
