Swift and early check in with personable staff. This enhanced our enjoyment as did not have to wait until specified check in time. Hotel very clean and had a luxury feel to it with an ideal location to Disney marketplace. Room extremely clean, beds excellent and no noise whatsoever. Booked late and would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family. Hotel is on Disney property and is geared towards people who want to experience the Disney parks and not stay in one of their resorts. It was very family friendly, right combination of restaurants, shops, swimming pool and friendly environment. Location was amazing since it was across the street from Downtown Disney.

I stay here every year (my 4th year) and would not go any place else. I love this place!. Loved the efficiency of the Reservations Officer, Ms Dale, who corrected the inefficiency of the night staff, who we had met initially. Loved the staff in the restaurant, namely Ricky and Luis, who gave such efficient service during our dinner. Everything was amazing , staff , location , room facilities , Toni the lady in the concierge as she helped me to arrange my outings to the most top attractions during my stay in Hilton Lake Buena Vista. The staff was very helpful and kind. Check in and check out was very quick and without any issues. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we were located right in the heart of downtown Disney. Close location to downtown Disney. Walking distance. Rooms are ok but not great. They give you vouchers for coffee and water Free wifi Free Shuttles to disney. right across the street from downtown disney (even though we didn't go), great shuttle service to and from all Disney parks, rooms very clean and comfortable. The hotel was good the room was good for the price not excellent the location is fenomenal it is in a good location and will stay there again. Close to theme parks, walking distance within 15 mins of activities. Hotel have new release of movies for your enjoyment for free. Location , view ,helpfully staff and promotions of parks through hilton also the transportation from the hotel to Disney land. Close to Disney World with excellent staff who were very helpful. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. the staff and facilities were amazing. I love the fact that they offer you free movie rentals on property. Parking you have to pay Rooms should be great with the price for it. there was confusion as to whether validated parking at hotel meant free or they just provided me the ticket (it wasn't free), resort fees and taxes and parking added almost another full night on the bill. I didnt like when we got to the room the tv was not working the fridge door was broken the halls has garbage cars with old food smelling realy bad the first two thinig got fix bur the garbage was there for the four days a stay there. Hotel had no microwave. My room rate change after I checked in from the price booked online about $300 more. The hotel's store had run out of headache tablets and apparently this was a regular occurrence - small inconvenience but very frustrating. Price did not include the tax. $22.00/Day hotel charge + 18% tax while other hotels reflected up-front total costs that included breakfast in the rate. Long line to check in. The humidity. Pool area fairly basic. Lack of affordable restaurants in the hotel of an evening and because of location really needed a car to drive to other local restaurants which were perhaps 2 miles away. Marketing talk encouraging us to sign up for the Hilton Vacation Club. Had to pay for parking. I had to use ear plugs to get to sleep- All the other guests left the room doors to slam shut when they went in and out - and there are a lot of rooms. I got charged twice for parking but I did get my refund back Charge $22 for two bottles of water I did not like that :(. They forgot to clean my room one night. Pool was cold. Understand outdoor only since in Florida but was 76 degrees outside and pool should be heated such that could be enjoyed on the only warm day we had that week. I also rented two rooms in Clearwater 2 years ago for $600 X 5 nights and was told it's on me to get those points to show up as they "disappear" after 6 months or so. If we spend thousands of dollars at your place(s), I think it should be a little more passive on our part in terms of keeping track of points. $14.00 to park my car. Don't mind paying an amenity fee, but to park??. The decor is a little tired in the rooms, although the main hotel areas are well maintained. Bathroom smelled of urine....had to run fan continuously. letsbookhotel.com didn't tell me the right price so I ended up way over- paying for the room when I thought I was getting a good deal. Extra fees/taxes, not allowed to add my Hilton Honors points as it was a "third party booking". Over inflated prices for even the basics. Inattentive staff at supermarket. Twenty mins to fill empty coffee canister and cream flask, and even then only on third time of asking. Over run with children who were allowed to do as they please and trust me I am patient! This was nowhere near Hiltons standard and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Extra resort charge. I haven't used any service or shuttle to Walt Disney parks, so that why did I have to pay this charge?. Cant think of one thing. crowded. Bus transport to Disney - didn't come early enough to enjoy the promised morning "Magic Hours". Promised pickup 30 min prior to park opening...didn't happen. For 8am "Magic Hours" the bus came at 8:15, this got to the park with only a few "Magic Minutes" instead of the promised hour. Might want to revamp that, a bit disappointing. Room wasn't made ready in a timely manner. Surcharge for Disney resort was not posted as part of the room fee. There was nothing to dislike. AC didn't work in our room. Do not disturb signs mean nothing. Treated not so nicely. Shuttle bus drops you at very back of parking lot. Have to walk a ways while dodging other buses. Not very safe. Manager Debbie not very helpful. How long it took the buses to get to Disney. To animal kingdom took an hour with all the stops and they were never on time and were always packed. Also need to have the Covington mills open for dinner for families who cannot afford it want the Italian or Benihana restaurants. Bill errors, expensive resturant with poor food quality. My keys do not open the door for twice !!!. They din't have smoking rooms and it had them on the online app and that's what we wanted.
