This hotel is awesome! Everything is clean, comfortable, and staff is very professional! I have not one negative thing to say about the hotel! The price is great, especially considering how close it is to the entrance of Walt Disney World! It's good to know that I now have a hotel that I can count on for comfort, cleanness, and safety when I am traveling up to Orlando! P.S. Remember, this hotel is certified a "Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel" which means that hotels are approved and rated.
all reviews » Nice-sized room. Fantastic and courteous staff, went out of their way to be helpful. Free shuttle bus to Disney (from which you can catch free connection to Epcot). Very convenient location right next to Interstate 4; about a 20-minute drive from Orlando International Airport. Comfortable bed and good shower. Staff was very accommodating On our arrival and during our stay.,breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of choices. Even though we spent most of our days at Disney we had a nice comfortable bed when we arrived back. We would stay again. Very nice hotel for the price. Very friendly staff, simple but good hotel to stay when you are visiting the amusement parks. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool, close to shops and restaurants. Parking and laundry facilities. Highly recommend this hotel !. The location was fantastic, the staff on the reception desk were exceptional. The girls went out of their way to assist when requested. Clean property well maintained, would definately recommend to others. Great location and value for the price. Lots of shopping and dining nearby and convenient to Disney, Sea World and Universal. If I had any complaint it would be the pillows were to soft and possibly the reception staff could advise customers of some good family friendly eating places and locations. Maybe a handout might be helpful for those who do not have a motor vehicle. Is it THAT expensive having a wardrobe??? They offer a "hanging" and... that's it. And please, don't forget your sleepers, cause the carpet is really dirty (caused me some fungus on my foot plant). The general cleaning could be a little better. Nothing. No complaints !!!. wifi was free in all area of the hotel but to use a computer with printer the costs is very high and after spend some money tring to print some information, i was informed thet it was possible to use the computer in the other hotel besides Fairfield, free! My suggestion is to charge only the pages you need to print and not the time you are in the computer. Parking is tight resulting in a couple of door dings. I would recommend parking out in the back spaces. No free shuttle to Downtown Disney. They ran out of towels for the pool. They ran out of fruit for the free breakfast. The price seemed a little high for the basic hotel. We could see the hotel, but it was very tricky getting to, even with the GPS. The hotel was nice when you walk in but the rooms need some updating. They did not match the rest of the hotel. They were very plain and run down, but it was cheap for the location. Leaving.. Rooms near the elevator and laundry supply rooms are not peaceful. You hear everyone getting on/off the elevator and cleaning staff going in/out of the supply rooms. Also, alot of kids running around. Breakfast could be a bit better, but it was still good enough. Double standard beds are too narrow for 2 people in each bed. small room with neither a safe nor a kitchenette. Hotel pictures on booking website didn't match reality 100%. Parking fees. The pool was too cold to make use of it. Lack of parking. Not enough room to sit during breakfast hours. Ability to get to center courtyard during non breakfast hours. Not very soundproof. You could here noise in the hall. No extra blanket. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel in Orlando and had to pay to park my car. It's a $5 per day charge. It would be more understandable if their "shuttle" to the attractions were free but it's not. To get to Disney, it was $24 per person. No thank you. Also, our room while nice was second floor right next to the stairs and right above the lobby so it was loud all night while we were trying to sleep. For what we paid, I was hoping for a more quiet & relaxing stay. poor breakfast (could be better). Wireless internet does not work at all in the rooms, that was pretty disappointing. To connect you have to go either to the corridors or the main entrance hall. I spent 7 nights at the hotel, and breakfast was almost the same every single day, without much variety, that could improve. Very limited parking and was not told there was a fee to park. It was a nominal fee but did not know about until next morning when the bill was placed under our door. Just include the fee in the room rate. Area gets busy with traffic. This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and breakfast this time had less variety. Nothing much to complain about. Hotel staff were not all equipped to respond properly to the demand of guests. If you do not go front desk and wait for extra towel, do not wait in your room to get it. It is not going to happen. If coffee is empty in the breakfast room at 8 am. do not wait them to change it in 10 minutes, drink De-caf of hot water. I found no dislikes. We were charged more than we were quoted. The bus driver didn't have the Dec. bus schedule and we were left at Disney late into the night. Liked everything. The room had a hint of a "mildewy" smell. I would have liked there to have been a waffle maker like at other locations. Noise from nearby highway. Not much in the area but they have taxi & shuttle service so it was worth the stay. During stay a lot of teenagers for some sort of sporting event. Very loud during the late evening. Booking .com put my reservation in with my first name as Mark but put my middle initial and last name and suffix in as one name (DCasellaSr) making it very confusing for the front desk to find my reservation. The intersate is directly infront of the hotel. The air condition is loud. Breakfast was not worth taking about.
