I was impressed by this hotel the minute I walked in the door. Right after we checked in, the bartender greeted us very warmly (the bar is in the lobby) and was genuinely wonderful during our whole stay (her name is Paula and she made delicious smoothies for my daughter!). The rooms are so nice...plenty of room for the 3 of us with a fridge and microwave and plenty of storage for clothes/food/snacks. Very close to Disney and the Shrine of Mary Queen of the Universe! We stayed the 2 previous nig.
all reviews » Room was quiet and spacious. They have a small bar/cafe with a limited menu, a restaurant (we didn't try) and a small snack shop. I was pleasantly surprised that my coke, ice cream sandwich and chips amounted to $6. I expected it to cost double that. Staff was friendly and helpful, with the exception of the safe (see my didn't likes). Overall a very good hotel. This hotel has everything you need, big and comfortable rooms and beds, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, fantastic location, vending machines and ice on each floor, enough space for everything you bring, free wifi and parking, they do not charge you for packages you receive, a ticket office por the theme parks. We had a pleasant stay. The little touches like the cute elephant that was sculpted from a towel. The room was large enough not to feel cramped with four people and we appreciated having the fridge and microwave since there wasn't a complimentary breakfast. Front desk was very nice and gave us extra coffee and creamer. Very close to Downtown Disney. Our room was spacious and clean, equipped with large fridge and coffee/tea facility. Plenty of parking spaces. Pool was good. Lots of restaurants very nearby for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Disney, Universal and shopping outlets in the neighbourhood. I'm glad we stayed here and would definitely stay here again next time!. This hotel is in an excellent location close to all parks, malls and outlets. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The cookies on reception is a great idea.The room was a good size and very clean. Would stay again and would recommend it as good value for money. Overall, Radisson is a good hotel for families who have travelled for Disney World. There are free shuttles to universal studios and Disney parks and close to disney downtown. Free auto park and budget friendly breakfast and restaurant is another plus. The hotel was very good, room was big and had all facilities. The location was great. Hotel restaurant is very good. Elizabeth was very helpful to us at check in. I left my shoes behind and they are being returned to me which I was very impressed with. Only one mile from downtown disney. Love the hotel perfect location to downtown disney and route 4 was right there. i also loved the grocery store and resturants with in walking distance. I like the friendly atmosphere and the closeness of the hotel to the Crossroad Shopping Centre where all types of restaurants and shops are located. The room was excellent with a great view and the staff were superb, always helpful and totally committed. Asked at the hotel for room prices and was quoted $380 for 2 nights. Had looked on English websites 30 minutes previous and got quote of £112. Had to go on computer in hotel to book it online to get it at that price!. Can not make a left turn directally into hotel, you must go down two stop lights and make a u-turn, it can take several minutes, but not the hotels fault. Advise having gps to get back form parks, if you take I-4 you Rt turn into lot. absolutely nothing!!!!. The pool could be heated in the winter months, also the pool furnishing's could be up dated and replaced. Wish it had like a litle store or coffe center inside. Cleaning of the rooms is usually late in the afternoon. The breakfast was ordinary and over priced. We tried the full breakfast once, then ate out. Having to u turn to get out or in hotel - on a vey busy road. Expensive drinks at bar (mango smoothie $6. Nothing!. Hotel Restaurant does not justify the price. Possible to find a better restaurant nearby. Bowl/sink in the bathroom. Water always splashed out and faucet was too high away from bowl. Traffic in orlando!!!!!. Would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby and possibly more snacks in the morning. Shuttle service wasn't very flexible and often so packed with people that there weren't enough seats. The shuttle time was not convenient so we ended up driving to Disney World, which was more flexible for us. Nothing, liked everything and hope to stay there again. Limited shuttle times. Loacation: Difficult to get into based on the direction you were headed. Otherwise the overall location was great. Extra charge for a late checkout... We were in room 811 for five nights. The elevator made constant annoying noise. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey and it was not that extensive in choices. The hall of the floor we were on (6th floor) smelled like moth-balls or an old person's home, but fortunately the rooms did not smell that way. Family two qeen suite and king bed needs 2 bathrooms. We had only One bathroom was very inconvient to get ready for our day. They don't have the shuttle bus to the Sea World(but actually u can go there by bus). at the breakfast there seemed to be a lot of staff doing nothing and when we asked for something, they either did not understand or did not help. Wished more toilet rolls/shampoo/soap instead of receiving 1 all the time. We're 4 in the room. I didn't really like the mattresses.
