Beautiful lobby, helpful and friendly staff. Gated area with guard. Courtyard area with fountain. Very private but close to I-4 and Disney and International Dr. Easy to find a good location for Disney, outlet Mall and i4. Very good places to eat within walking distance. Pool area very clean and relaxing. Big TV in room. The atmosphere was very friendly and staff helpful. The rooms were large and not cramped for a family. Response time for a leaking air conditioner was good.

Some areas of hotel are looking old, lifts need work, inside pool door did not work, door keys do not work if they get close to a mobile phone or credit cards. Biggest problem is breakfast, if you stay in the Courtyard and have breakfast included you get breakfast at on of the other hotels next door if you arrive at the wrong time there is no where to sit, there is only enough sitting for one hotel. No Safe in room!. The hotel seemed more adult business oriented than family oriented. A little surprised since it's in a Disney/adventure attraction area. The bedding was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. Breakfast not being included. Breakfast is operated by a third party called "The bistro". Very limited options included without extra cost, you get sick of getting always the same thing after 3 days. Thought the rooms could do with a freshen up colours a little drab, but this is a personal view. All of the pillows were hard, and we didn't particularly like the complimentary breakfast system. We were supposed to eat breakfast, but the line was very long and it just didn't seem worth the time investment, so we didn't eat there. Nothing. Not enough check-in staff; not ample parking. Food services not great. Wifi should be better. Not enough signage for locaton and elevator. I thought the sink in the bathroom should have been a double sink with a larger sink area, if you were to use the coffee maker that was on the sink, other wise I thought the room was fi. Re-confirming my free breakfast when ready to eat in the morning whereas they told me 3 times during evening check in. The frees shuttle to Disney, shuttle staff was so rude that we chose to pay for a taxi the remainder of the trip. to many unsupervised pre teens near hot tubs, definite not g rated for small children sheets would not stay on bed,. My room rate on letsbookhotel.com was $94 but My credit card was charged $124.95. Unless this is settled we will not stay there again. A little tired rooms, establishment in need of TLC but still great value for money. The bathrooms didn't look and smell very clean. The transport system to and from the parks was very badly explained, meaning we found out that it is not worth using them. So the free transfers to and from the parks is rather misleading as you need to change bus around three times if you leave from disney downtown. Smel in the rom. The price.
