The hotel was beautiful. The staff could not do enough for you. I've stayed in many hundreds of hotels this was a top ten stay. The highlight was the first minutes with a registration clerk who asked questions and listened to our answers giving us information and suggestions that made our trip so enjoyable we will go back there again and again. The Location, the staff was awesome, the cleanliness, the view to downtown Disney. The view was so awesome that my husband couldn't stop going out to the balcony just to stare at the view. Quietness. I'm so glad that I choose this resort to celebrate our 28 year anniversary. The get away was so nice. Thank you.
all reviews » Location is great walking distance of downtown disney,pool was good beer was cheap, free shuttle ride to all the parks and back. Pretty nice rooms ,beds were pretty good ,the stuff we delt with we're nice . The elevators were fast. the room was very elegant and relaxing. We were even able to see the Disney fireworks from our balcony. the spa pool was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was awesome. Mini market open late was a great convenience, especially after a long day at Disneyworld. the hotel has a very good location in the middle of Disney World. It is well maintained and offers all possibilities to relax after a long day. Perfect location: in walking distance to downtown disney. Very nice hotel, clean, spacious rooms. Very kind staff. Will go back again. It was a perfect hotel for an awesome price. Had a view of the Epcot ball and just across the street for downtown Disney. Great location. Walking distance to Downtown Disney. Greated at front door by bell hop?. My Actual Room Only. Having to go home. I did not like the checking in time of 4 pm. The days was half over so by the time we finished checking in it was time to go back out to dinner, we did some sight seeing and then it was bed time. In the morning by 9am house keeping was already knocking on the door. We didn't have enough towels so we had to bring some up from the pool. Only two things I did not care for we had to switch rooms twice, one the tub wasn't draining that sucked and two we got sent to a different room and it had a huge potato bug sitting in the middle of the floor that was not fun. the pool by the food/pantry seemed to be a little green/yellow tinted. spa pool closed early. Only inconvenience is leaving the Magic Kingdom late to return to the hotel. The bus it far away... And packed!! Once the fireworks are over,. Nothing to say here. They were booked so our rooms were not together and we were supposed to have 2 queens, but had to settle for one king. The rooms were supposed to have water front views. Didn't happen. Food very expensive. Personnel can improve on greeting and being more friendly. Outdated look. Noisy neighbors that was dealt with very efficiently by the staff. Cleaning in the room. Phone in room did not work. Tv remote did not work. No transportation to/from Disney resort hotels. No free transportation to/from airport. Balcony (size and cleanliness), Room with ice maker (cleanliness). The Noisy Neighbors next to our room. When we were eating at the restaurant the Minnie Character was rude and mean to my kids. We had long dark hair in the bathroom, and the windows werecompletly dirty almost to the point you couldn't see out. Room was filthy and smelled awful. It was damp and had black mold growing on the ceiling. Carpet and furniture were stained and electric wiring was exposed. surprise "mandatory fee" of an add'l $22 that supposedly covered amenities I understood were included when I booked hotel. Room smelled stale. Bahroom had cracked vanity. Prices for food were comparible to eating in the parks. Very Disappointed at this hotel. House Keeping services very Poor...Tax on the holiday.. Tax and usage for the pool. On My Last day I had to make my own room each day I was woken to get up but my room was never done before 3pm by which time the heat of the day we wanted to rest and relax, Poor food in the Sports Bar..the View from my room was dark and at the back of the hotel... comparing - price are not good, also pol, stuff are not very organized and the rooms are not cleaned everyday.
