Wonderful staff, honesty of cleaning staff. And I loved the lighting, both in the common areas and the room. Our room was very clean and very comfortable after a long day. Room is enought sized for 1 person, but it's really too tiny for 2 people, expecially if you travel with large suitcases. Bathroom is small as well. I advise you to use the "Do not disturb" sign every night. Staff acted a little jaded here and there.I find the rooms very dark. Too small bedrooms. Heating machine made noise.The rooms were extremely dark and the lifts were verydifficult to use. The suites didn't have a bath, that was a bit shocking. In a normal roomI can understand, but in a suite?. My room was very small. room was supposed to be mega room--was small and only one queen size bed. tiny rooms, impossible to turn off the a/c, poor noise isolation, small and crowded elevators, parking garage view, dark rooms, small bathroom, inadequate amenities for the claimed hotel level (no slippers, no shoe brush/polish, no shower cap, no kettel, etc.). Very small rooms.
