very friendly and courteous staff, rooms very clean. Needed to replace our blowdryer at 10:00 p.m., staff was there within 10 minutes with a new one. Staff was always available and very visible in lobby to greet you as you came in and went out. Conceirge was wonderful. Great stay, great hotel. very nice and clean! The elevators were excellent---fast and efficient! the beds were very comfortable--showers and bathroom very nice----we loved our stay and will definitely come back!!!.
all reviews » The room was spotless, the plumbing was superb. Maid service and room service were both outstanding and the hotel was located very conveniently relative to my activities in the city. We liked the location of the hotel, staff were extremely obliging and friendly. Rooms were lovely and so were the breakfasts, especially the waffles and syrup!!. the location is excellent for our needs and we stayed there before with our kids over 20 years ago when it was the Summit. So nostalgia played a part too !!!. The staff was wonderful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been very much appreciated - we were disappointed not to have this facility avaiable in our room. no more spice for the night,s live. Batroom could have been bigger. Breakfast could have been included... Internet connection and drinkable water not free in bedroom and too expensive. The fan in the washroom did not absorb the moisture very well and therefore everything in the washroom became moist and wet. Other than that our stay was good and the staff were great. We asked to cancel 10 remaining breakfast meals as part of our deal because there were no vegetables and the reception manager agreed to give us back 80 $ for 10 breakfast meals (i was charged 30 $ for 1 meal or 300$ for 10 breakfast meals !!!) .after some angry talking he credited us in only 200$.In addition,we were asked to pay for keeping our bags after checkout and internet use .The room size is OK but the disposition in king bed rooms of the desk chair could be slightly improved so that circulation between the bed and the desk is more spacious. Light seeps under windows shades into the eyes of the sleeper -Cafeteria mediocre and chilly (cold). There was internet access but I could not get my internet to work in anything but the lobby. That was not conveient for printing out directions and tickets. I was needing a business center with printer access. did not like that the rooms looked unfinished- paint drippings on walls could be alot cleaner.bathroom too small.
