Great location! Super room for 2 adults traveling with 2 teenagers - had sitting room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. They provided good choices for continental breakfast, so we saved money by not having to buy breakfast. apartment-style hotel perfect for our needs as we were with friends and shared a 2 bedroom apartment, very central, good price, clean and well equipped, excellent breakfast choice in apartment, staff very helpful.

The hotel is renovating their facilities right now (summer 2008) - I think it will be a great place to stay after renovation!!! It is pretty noisy there during the work week and the water system/showers could use some real improvements. The Lobby, still needs improvement. The lobby was being renovated so first impression was slightly bad but once we saw our rooms the renovation work was irrelevant. disappointed that price quoted excluded taxes - apparently this is a US thing!. Kitchen not very well equipped - minimal cooking pots and no teatowels, washcloths or sponges. As a smoker, I totally agree with the the No Smoking policy however an ashtray or smokers pole outside should be provided. The cleanliness of the fixtures and fittings and the pots/pans and crockery items that are provided could have been better however, the overall room cleanliness was fair.Noise, air con units set in windows so morning noise starts at about 6 am. We know now why its the city that never sleeps. Take ear plugs and you should be fine. Felt the price was expensive in comparison to some others of thesame category. Renovation work is beeing done in the lobby, and it was slightly inconvenient. The hotel underwent rennovation during our stay. This inconvenience should be reported head of arrival. The price was too high under the circumstances.Staff very unprofessional. Constructionwork going on no nice recpetion. Noise in bedroom from the carpark.The general cleanliness was not good but the bed was clean.Hotel entrance was scruffy,Asked for wakeup call but did not get it.Did not get the message that was sent on my wifes birthday. Noisy Heating System all night long. Old elements making noice. also there are mouses and roaches all over the place. Very bad experience.
