We never had a noise problem and when you would ask a question about something they would be more than willing to get you the information. Good hotel, good quality, good room, good price. The food at the restaurant was good. it was convienent and clean the bed was execelant the location was good and the staf was very helpful. There was no phoe or info board in site.I could not get your tel number from 411. I finally took a taxi andarerived behind the travelodge van that had picked someone up at anotherterminal. I was stuck paying for a cab b. The room was dark and really reminded me of motel room where lapd findbodies regularly on tv. Also, it was quite noisy from airplanes andleaving/arriving guests at night, even after midnight.The beds could have been more comfortable. parking was a bit tricky for the rooms at the back end of the hotel.Rather a confusing layout. Breakfast stops at 9.0 am - a bit early.. all things were adequate for a short stay. If staying longer a fridge and microwave would be nice.no elavator which hard for the guest to deliver large/heavy luggage to the upper floor. The lighting in my room was quite dim. Maybe if I had watched the television the room would have seemed more brightly lit.The only problem I had, was with the 'High Speed' wireless Internet, which worked intermittently, and was far from high speed. towels very thin, bathroom not as clean as I like. Prefer reusable cups rather than non recyclable plastic.Shuttle service - I was told arrived at airport every 15 mins. I waited one hour then called and was told service was not frequent. Perhaps tell customers to call from airport (at flat screen system) rather than say shuttle available 24 hours. It was the noisy aircondition in my room. rollaway bed had very uncomfortable bed springs. shuttle only once an hour., long wait at terminal, fine in morning. very, very, noisy would not stay again. Too big and difficult to find one's way.room was very dark- not enough lighting in the bathroom particularly. Remote was very hard to change channels. Had to hold down for a long time before it registered with the TV, room at first had an uneasy smell, but it did go away. no place to sit and eat breakfast when it rains as we found out. Pillows way to soft. the place is just old and needs some updating in the rooms. The hotel was so noisy because of the customers leaving the hotel at different times during the night. I woke up so many times because of the talking or laughing of the other customers.
