Понравилось все, это хорошая сеть отелей.Ранее останавливались на голливудском бульваре ( Walk and Fame),практически отличий нет, правда различалось место расположения и возможность добраться без автомобиля до достопримечательностей. Хотя понятно, что отель в районе аэропорта предназначен для короткого пребывания.Замечательно, что есть трансфер до аэропорта. I loved the layout and design of the lobby. I liked how cleaned and comfortable the room felt and was. I liked how everything was a reach away and how everything you could think of was in the room. I loved that there was a convenience store and restaurant around the corner. Also, I thought it was a nice touch with the gift bag at check-in.
all reviews » Close to the airport and the free shuttle. Had an early morning flight next day, so it was very convenient for me. I liked the free breakfast too. Wifi was available and free. Fast check in/check out. Staff were all smiling and friendly. It was my first time to visit States and i felt safe and the overall experience for me was just great!. It was so nice to have free shuttle service from and to the airport. The staff was so great and even though we didn't need the shuttle till the mid afternoon and we had already checked out, they still let us use their courtesy shuttle. The beds were very comfortable and they served a full breakfast that was delicious!. We were looking for a hotel close to the airport just for the night, since our plane was leaving early morning. And for that purpose it's great. Plus, they have a pancake machine! The hotel is awesome, but for exploring la the location sucks. Only pick this hotel if you need to be close to the airport. Spacious, air conditioned, quiet and comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and abundant supplies. Staff was friendly and the common rooms and pool were very clean and not crowded. The room was very comfortable and clean too. Well, I can't tell you much, as we ( my daughter and I ) could only come in at the night we were staying, but the facilities were great, good beds and bathroom. Had an early flight next morning, so couldn't have breakfast unfortunately. Close to LAX and to downtown LA. The pamphlet showed it was open till 9:30, and we saw people in there well after 10pm. One night it was closed at 8:30. Not the end of the world or anything, but frustrating when we were excited to relax in the water. didnt like that there was not a fridge but was a safe which i feel would not get used as much as a fridge didnt like that the shttle only comes when u call not every 15 20 min. Neighbourhood a bit isolated. Web information a bit misleading as we were led to believe we could rent a Hertz vehicle directly from the hotel - which was not the case. But, Hertz rental was a close walk away. No shuttle service from the airport - unless you call for it. We waited about 40 minutes while all kinds of hotel shuttles came and went. It wasn't until we finally called the hotel that we were told one had to call for pick up. That should be well advertised on the website. The hotel could offer rooms with a mini fridge. The ice machine and bucket, in the elevator hall is old-fashioned, and very little practical. Is muche better that a tiny swimming pool. Nothing at all. My room was hot. It was on the 6th floor and the a/c did not work. I ended up turning it on high and down to 64 and it did not change the temp at all. When I complained to the desk clerk he said "oh." He didn't offer to fix it or move me to a different room. He didn't act suprised either. He also didn't apologize for me being uncomfortable. There is a lack of good cereal for breakfast and on this occasion I found no fruit available either. Internationlal call extremly expensive, as we just arraived at Staurday nigt in L.A from Brasil , we have to use hotel´s phone to make a phone to Brasil , it was US$ 20 for 1 minute !!!. -the neighborhood. You don't want to be out on the streets after 18.00. Disposable plates and cutlery at breakfast. There was not enough room for all the guests at breakfast time, so people were forced to take their breakfast back to their rooms. Breakfast options were very limited. No kettle throwaway cups plates etc. In need of refurbishment. Neighborhood is not great. I wasn't able to use the room phone to make international calls even though the staff tried to unlock the phone a couple of times. This was an inconvenience. There was nothing to dislike. bathtub. Window was foggy ;). We went to the wrong hotel (Holiday Inn) and had to ride taxi to Holiday Inn Express. Travelers have to pay more attention when taking shuttles at the airport. the only thing I did'T like was the fact tat the pool was not very clean. there was quitea bit of debri. My Internet service on my laptop and IPad did worked on arrival, but it didn't the following morning, so I went down to lobby to keep working. Not good. No bacon 2 mornings in a row at breakfast. The ability to have pets stay in the hotel. We had a lady on our floor constantly taking her dog on to the fire escape balcony to relieve itsself and was frequently eandering around the corridors on level 4. Nothing. poor breakfast for 5 days - eggs (good but no for every day), muffins,sausages, only cream cheese and one flavor, no salami.
