The hotel clerck told me that I was not booked - had to show my paperprint. The room was large enough to be comfortable, clean and well appointed.Excellent service! Nice rooms. The check-in clerk did not allow me to change the name of the person I was rooming with.Too bad there is not continental breakfast available. No free parking. I waited about 25 mins for the airport shuttle which is pretty long considering the hotel is just 5 mins away.Our Air Conditioning vent rumbled until we my daughter and I fixed it. the desk staff spoke very poor english. getting work done on hotel so a lot of construction in lobby, apologies were made for this. Clear instructions on use of the air conditioning would be helpful. Price was on high side for us.
