We were there for a night after arriving on a long flight from Australia - I was sooo relieved when we got to the hotel at 9 am and they let us check in as we were completely exhausted!!. Hotel staff made us feel special. Safe, comfortable accommodations; convenient location; superb services such as room service.The room was very pleasant with a warm atmosphere. Very quiet and clean.

Still can hear planes taking off or landing. On first night, there was a leak at 1:30am and a guy made noise fixing it till 2:30. Had hardly any sleep afterwards. Shula restaurant was extremely dark. I asked for the lighting to be turned up, but we got an extra candle instead!. Whilst well maintained, it seemed a little 'tired', especially the bathroom. very noisy in the early morning like 4:00AM. The bathroom was small and the paint on the bath was peeling off big time but apart from that we had a good stay. minor inconveinences: light bulb was burned out, no sugar packets in room and were not brought upon request, no room service menu in room - had to wait for one to be delivered. Surprising over-sights for a well run hotel.self parking and internet was to expensive. Elevator problems. lifte were being repaired. had problems with the pool which I am going to complain about, bar staff grumpy, hectic being around the airport. limited dining experiences in house. the check out hour could be later. when i ask about the rate ones tell me 99$ and other tell me 200$ some thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Elevators were not working properly.Very dated -- needs a complete renovation. Facilities are getting old - in need of renovation, specifically regarding insulation. no fridge, expensive parking for hotel guest. No fridge; Lack of free parking for hotel guest;.
