The best part of this place is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful just what you would like to experience. It was clean and comfortable in a great location just a block from the 405. I stayed there for one night when my conncting flight was cancelled and I need to find a place around the lax very night. It is not bad. 因为在Lax转机的航班被取消，所以在这里住了一晚。还不错。. Room good and near to the airport and car hire returns.The pool was small but ok and the staff very good and kindly printed my boarding passes for me at no cost.
all reviews » It was close to a wonderful mexican resturant and donut place best and largest donuts I ever seen and good too. Good breakfast. the staff is nice. Proximity to airport was good, as well as free shuttle service from our car rental drop-off in the evening, and to the airport in the morning. It was just round the corner from where I needed to drop the hire car so an ideal place to stay the night before an early flight. It was clean, friendly staff and accessible for the airport. Good shuttle service. Family room was just fine with extra bedroom, for 3 buddies travelling together. Clean comfortable rooms, great and helpful staff (especially Tony)!!. The confusion about location. I am not from la so when ingave the driver the address indid not know to say englewood. Injust gave addresss as given to me. It cost me close to 100.00 to correct the expensive mistake. When I contacted you all I got was the address was correct though it was techniquely practically for a outsider it was incomplete. And costly any money saved was lost on this. The door of room 108 is hardly to locked. You need push it hardly. when I come back from outside, it's unlocked! I suspected housekeeping didn't notice that. fortunately nothing lost. WIFI is poor in the room but good in lobby. I was suspicious that some of our bath items had not been laundered... The bath mat was damp, but everything else seemed clean... But other than that no complaints. Nothing for the short time I was there. Rooms not as soundproofed as they could be, thin walls and ceiling so could hear other guests a bit too easily. Outside noise was intrusive at times. The location is a bit seedy, but then, all we did sleep was here. Location!. looks run down. Shuttle didnt come to take me .I had to call first. Staff rude. The shower did not work. Plumber worked for one full day, it still did not work. Two days without working shower was disappointing. The room smelled horrible. It smelled like stale smoke and we were supposed to be in a non smoking room We all woke up stuffed up. Beds were not comfortable. The staff were not friendly and room was not clean and also the letsbookhotel.com was offering 24 hours free shuttle service from Airport to hotel and hotel to airports was not true. The service was running from 6 am to 11Pm.
