    The efficiency and friendliness of the staff, especially in the dining room. With a Premier Inn you know just what to expect, comfortable beds, cleanliness and welcome, at a reasonable price. The c - the hotel is basic but new....we had the disable room, and the bed was fantastic!l chose this hotel because of no frills but new and fresh.....great for visiting the city on foot, and lots of pub/ restaurant open till late, when we came back at evenings after Sightseeing....the breakfast was good for £8.50, with lots of choices.

    Very helpful staff, clean and well presented rooms, quiet environment. One of the best hotels I've stayed at for this price, would definitely return. Very comfortable room and bed.Great night's sleep. Room service fantastic, meal incredible.     Central hotel, very comtemporary and the room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant staff were particularly professional and helpful. The bar food was good also. The hotel overall exceeded our expectations and we would definately stay there again - What more can you say when you give the hotel 11 out of 10 the hotel staff were very friend... what people say » ly and nothing was to much trouble.     I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

    Breakfast was good value - just over £8 for unlimited buffet (inc. cooked breakfast) and unlimited Costa coffee. My bedroom was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Location good - 5-7 mins walk to Princes Street and 10-15 mins walk to Royal Mile/castle. Haymarket train station 2 mins walk away - for trains to Glasgow (and to Waverley if ... what people say » you don't feel like doing the 20 min walk). Murrayfield and Tynecastle about 20 mins away by foot, if you're catching some sport while in Edinburgh. S - Fabulous hotel. Staff were great, everybody was friendly and polite and went out of their way. Location is super, 2 minutes walk from haymarket station and 15 walk into Edinburgh city centre. Buses stopped outside the hotel to go to Princes street if you didn't fancy the walk. Food was good, we had breakfast and was lovely with lots to choose from. Didn't eat there otherwise but saw the food and it looked very nice. Rooms and beds clean and comfy. Great hotel.

    This hotel is like my view of an old hotel should be steeped in history and splendour. It was a pleasure the rooms are not modern although they do have the touches like the plasma tv and modern bathroom. Overall I would not change anything about the hotel it was perfect.     The corridors were quite dark but when my room door was open it was fabulous - I loved the decor of the room, the bathroom was enormous with a fabulous shower and it's got to be one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. The staff were great, the lady that sho - The hotel was convenient to both old town and new town areas. Staff was lovely and super helpful. We ate at both restaurants downstairs and really enjoyed them. The room was not huge, but it was very nice, clean, and had a large bathroom with a large walk in shower. The airport shuttle is right across the street and there are always taxis waiting outside.

    The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. Soft leather chairs and twinkly lights. The room was excellent with quality fittings and nights sleep. No noise at all through to the room and it was Christmas party time. Continental breakfast was really wholesome so much so that my husband didn't miss his usual cooked breakfast.     Right from the minute the lift opened at reception area, we were very warmly welcomed by two lovely girls who were genuinely pleased to see us. I cannot rate the staff highly enough and if any premier inn - Stayed in the Premier inn on Princess street from the 2th to 23rd of Nov 2013. The Hotel is just a 5-7min walk from the waverly railway station and is directly opposite the famous Edinburgh Castle. Although we dint spend much time in the hotel and dint get a chance to dine in, but the Hotel was very nice, Clean and had all amenities one could ask for. A value for money hotel for people travelling to Scotland and are in a mood to Explore rather than stay in!

    This was my first stay in a Tune Hotel and my first trip back to Edinburgh in 20 years! I have to say I was very impressed. I didn't check in until late at night and the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome, stating, 'we've been waiting for you'. Even the shower doors looked like they had been polished clean, that's how immaculate it was. My only gripe was that th - I like the brand new design for simplicity & comfort with excellent staff at the welcoming front desk. Every one at the check in or out counter has positive and helpful attitude towards guests from all over the world. Here I would like to pay special respect & thank them from the bottom of my heart. As for room cleanliness and security device from lobby to lifts and then to rooms, there is nothing to worry about. I like the picture like scenery from my room window. It is purely awesome,

    Choosing accommodation in a city that you are unfamiliar with is always hard. We chose well as this hotel is brilliantly located in the "old " city right off the Royal Mile. Everything is within walking distance and the rooms are a great size with all amenities. This apartment hotel is reasonably priced and is brilliantly locate - Wow- fantastic hotel. We got it for a really good price through letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room. The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers.     The staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed being in the surroundings of the old part of the hotel. It had character as well as having modern facilties. The location was not only ideally central it was also very picturesque being surrounded by the georgian buildings around the square.
