The location was perfect for me. I wanted to be in a pleasant safeenvironment and in a safe area. I also wanted to be near a green space,an underground station and a varied shopping area. This hotel satisfiedall of these needs. - Staff were helpful and room was always made up whenever requested.

Excellent location for MRT, Shopping and business. As well as the excellent hotel restaurants it is also close to many other food outlets.

Fantastic service, luxurious, everything was wonderfu - Zeffirino restaurant on the 31st floor, which interestingly the staff don't actively recommend, is great, not too pricy! The hotel is great value for money being on the Island.

Awesome hotel in a great location. Not your standard big franchise type hotel. Small boutique hotel with a personal feel. Very clean and appropriate size rooms. The location was perfect for shopping, and Victoria Park. The staff were always very pleasant and extremely helpful, with booking tours, giving information and just getting taxi's. The breakfast was simple but there was always plenty available and the added bonus of having tea, coffee, soft drinks etc available throughout the day was an added bonus. Cleanliness of the hotel in general was excellent and maid service was very good.

Our room was cleaned everyday, everything was in order when we get back
to the hotel in the evening. Bed is firm but that's okay for us as
long the comforter is clean and fresh-smelling. Location is very good
and convenient. Mtr is just across the street and bus stops a few feet
away. Breakfast, for me, is not bad, in fact food tastes good although
they have the same menu everyday.

First I give the highest appreciation to the staff who are always helping guests, ranging from bringing my suitcase, redirect me to the check-in that is available, open lifts, explaining directions to points of interest, and find me a cab. As an Indonesian, I love to meet "Budi" who can explain me something in my mother language.
Secondly, I booked a superior king room and placed in room number 1006. Room is spacious, overlooking the Leighton street , very clean and well maintained.
