As a world traveller, I can honestly describe this apartment-hotel as one of the best I've seen anywhere. The staff was courteous, very professional, and able to answer any questions I had. My 4 nights in Butterfly on Victoria was wonderful. I expected HK hotels to be small.Despite the room size, I was pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The staffs are friendly ( basically all hongkong people are!), especially Louise. Thank you for teaching us the word "Toh Chei (sp?)" which means thank you in cantonese. Heh.

Cleanliness of the hotel in general was excellent and maid service was very good.

Our room was cleaned everyday, everything was in order when we get back
to the hotel in the evening. Bed is firm but that's okay for us as
long the comforter is clean and fresh-smelling. Location is very good
and convenient. Mtr is just across the street and bus stops a few feet
away. Breakfast, for me, is not bad, in fact food tastes good although
they have the same menu everyday.
