First I give the highest appreciation to the staff who are always helping guests, ranging from bringing my suitcase, redirect me to the check-in that is available, open lifts, explaining directions to points of interest, and find me a cab. As an Indonesian, I love to meet "Budi" who can explain me something in my mother language.
Secondly, I booked a superior king room and placed in room number 1006. Room is spacious, overlooking the Leighton street , very clean and well maintained.

Awesome hotel in a great location. Not your standard big franchise type hotel. Small boutique hotel with a personal feel. Very clean and appropriate size rooms. The location was perfect for shopping, and Victoria Park. The staff were always very pleasant and extremely helpful, with booking tours, giving information and just getting taxi's. The breakfast was simple but there was always plenty available and the added bonus of having tea, coffee, soft drinks etc available throughout the day was an added bonus.
