The date we checked in is my husband's birthday. The front desk realized and greeting him with " Happy birthday". Since we just stepped out the plane from 14 hrs plane ride, we both surprised with their detail customer relations. In the afternoon after our business meeting back to our hotel room , we got a surprise birthday cake in our room, . It is beautiful , delicious, we had to take a picture and send to our relatives . This is extra care to their customer.

Our harbor view room was amazing! And the lobby restaurant has amazing views of the harbor, though is very overpriced. We paid $125 for a beer, cheeseburger, chicken sandwich and an appetizer. Our bathroom had an amazing sunken tub and everything was very top of the line and luxurious. The infinity jacuzzi is absolutely our favourite spot in Hong Kong. In addition the service is impecable and the staff are warm and attentive without being too overbearing. This hotel is a true 5 star and will not disappoint even the most discerning luxury traveller. View was amazing! Couldn't ask for a better location to have a view of the skyline of Hong Kong. the concierge was really helpful and always willing to help. the breakfast buffet was really good too. The hotel was excellent in almost all respects. In particular I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful but the people in Hong Kong in general are the same. Very courteous staff who looked after us really well. Food expensive but good. Good choice of drinks. Clean and comfortable rooms with best toilet ever. Location fantastic, harbour view, food is nice, lobby bar with life music, swiming area and spa very nice, hot and warm swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There are very old unsafe and untidy taxis in Hong Kong, it would be good to have a fleet of vehicles for the transfer. The very friendly and helpful staff on the concierge desk. The fantastic pool and gym area Harbour views are amazing. The room cleaning staff were very cooperative and hard working. The breakfast and room service were excellent. - Location is wonderful in terms of Shopping & Harbopur View. - Staff are great. - Facilities are perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Due to the construction work in progress go to the MTR is tougher . It is not convenient for elder person to climb those steps in the hot weather. I did'T like to live tehe room al 1 pm. but we stayes until 5 at the lovely bar, eting, taking A drink, and also coffe . Food prices were ridiculous. Sometimes a request would take longer than expected. This happened more than once. There was an odd smell in our room so I staff to help to find a new room, but that took over 30 minutes. I had to call twice. the smell never really left the room, but they did send an air purifier into the room (even though it didn't help much). Really very little to complain about. The weather could have been better so maybe for my next trip you could arrange some sun :-). Actually Building is 32 years old, Intercontinental operate this hotel since 2003, rooms are to tired, need to make a reconstruction. having to pay for wifi. - Breakfast Restaurant is small compairing to number of hotel's guests. -. We expected WIFI to be ncluded but it wasn't. When we purchased it it kept cutting out and did not work properly. No free WiFi. The connection of the wifi was awful even though i paid for it. That we couldn't stay longer. Some guests had bad manors. Absolutely nothing!!!. The air conditioning in public areas was too cold, but presumably that's what most guests want. Prices in the bar and restaurant areas are very high when compared to the other leading hotels in Kowloon. the position at the moment with all the job sites around is not so good as in the past. Construction next door. Nothing at all. way too expensive compared to my next stop, which was in Singapore. not good enough English in club lounge. That we couldn't stay longer. seafoord buffet,,hot stuff great,cold seafood defrosted and tasteless and over priced. Nothing to be changed. Nothing. Two points 1. Think there should be a free to use sauna in a hotel of this standing, we had to pay for spa treatments to get any use of the sauna/steam room facilities 2. Shower facilities when leaving are very small one shower? When having a shower my clothes were outside and 2000 HK$ were taken from my pocket by one of your guests, obviously this is not the hotels fault but l should have been offered a locker key by the staff and think you should bare this in mind for future. No have free wiFi in rooms. noise of toilet. Wifi should be free. Staff at reception wernt always pleasant and were quite slow. The hotel staff is very rigid and non-cooperative at all. Internet should be free. There should be some halal dishes for Muslims.
